Avoid avoid avoid. Rude restaurant staff was the first thing really upset us then seeing POO (Stool) in childeren swimming pool area was a shock and how badly staff dealt with it. Basically they just removed it after hours and not disinfected the area or asked people to leave(m. Then having my 2 year old vomitig many times and having bad diarrhea ending up in hospital. I also got athlete's foot infection from this hotel which is still not going away after weeks of treatment. Worse thing is TUI or hotel havent dealt with this complain at all. They just treat you as numbers and dont care at all. BIG disappointment in TUI and Protur Safari Park Aparthotel. If you dont want your holiday wasted and feel stressed at the end with lots of tears just avoid Protur Safari Park Aparthotel & TUI. This is from a heart broken and stressed mother of 2 years old which was genuinely looking for a nice break and first holiday as a family.

We came here at the peak of summer so it was busy, as to be expected. Our rooms were nice and clean and a problem with the shower was fixed rapidly after reporting it to the front desk. The food is good, not amazing but enough variation to get you through the week. My son loved that they had a kids buffet and ice cream bar at lunch and dinner. I personally loved the option of a late breakfast as we like to sleep in. I didn’t love the long lines at times for breakfast, not enough tables for everyone as most people seem to prefer to come later, near closing time (as one would expect on holiday) but the staff handled it the best they could. Option to sit outside was also nice. Don’t forget to book an a-la-carte restaurant upon arrival, they get fully booked quite easily. We went to the Indian buffet and this food was nicer than the hotel buffet and had lots of choice, even for picky eaters. I liked the different pools, never felt overly crowded and especially the splashpark for the kids, life guards there were also very helpful. There are lots of activities for children but be prepared to pay a little extra, though minigolf was included in our stay and we had a lot of fun. The only let down for me was the general area, not really much to do other than tourist traps. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for families who don’t mind a busy hotel and don’t really plan to do much other than going to the pool or the beach. We sure had a lovely stay.

Great hotel, central to the town and staff were really helpful. A huge amount of food on offer and drinks too. Great price for the hotel as they have lots of entertainment running throughout the day. They have 4 different restaurants although these have to be booked in advance which we had to queue over an hour for as its on a first come first serve basis. Overall we would recommend this hotel and are staying again this year!

My family of three recently stayed at Protur Safari Park and overall, we had a positive experience. The rooms were spacious and there were good options for both indoor and outdoor swimming. We never had a problem finding available sun loungers, and the staff were friendly, especially the female receptionists. When our daughter had a small accident, outside of the hotel, and needed bandages, the receptionist was very caring. There were some nice activities for children, such as the petting zoo (farm) and a small water park that were included in the all-inclusive package. Additionally, the nearby beach was beautiful and there was a nice safari zoo with exotic animals. The hotel has abundance of food. You definitely won't go hungry here! However, there were a few areas where the hotel could improve. The sofa in our room was uncomfortable to sit on, and the rooms were not soundproof, so we could hear our neighbors in the evening. We were disappointed that we were never able to secure a table at the Indian restaurant, Goa, as it was always fully booked. The juices tasted bad and the desserts were generally mediocre, except for the ice cream. The food in the large buffet restaurant had a wide variety, but lacked flavor. This hotel is located one hour away from the airport, and transportation to/from the airport will cost between 85 to 95 euros each way. Overall, if you're looking for a family-friendly resort with decent amenities and lots of food options, Protur Safari Park could be a good choice. However, there are some areas that could be improved.

Firstly and most importantly, a massive shout out to the staff and animation team that work at this hotel! They were all fantastic! Everyone we came across was friendly and helpful, they all work so hard and should be very proud. The animation team were fantastic ! We had a three year old and we attended the kids disco every night. My little girl especially loved the pirate man ( didn’t catch his name sorry) they put 100% into every show that had all of the kids and parents dancing along. By the end of the week she was dancing with friends to all the new songs and dances she had learnt and of course we were up there too by the end of the week. Such a brilliant vibe! We are all missing that. We enjoyed the food, so much choice and we found something we liked every night. There are buffet style restaurants and then the more traditional sit down menu type and we tried both, we had no complaints with the food we had. The hotel is huge! Lots of different pools which is lovely because everyone is a bit more spread out and not all crowded around one pool, we could always find sun lounges free around one of the pools. Deeper pools for adults, shallow ones for little ones and then a kids splash park with slides and water jets, trampolines and rides. There was so much to do and I can honestly say we never ever got bored ! The activities are there if you want them, there was mini golf, football, rock climbing … and so much more. Rooms were comfortable and clean, maids came in regularly and kept it clean, obviously we are all adults and have some responsibility of keeping your own room clean and tidy in my eyes! My one and only complaints which I would ask the management to look at would be the beds ! The mattresses are so hard! We weren’t just uncomfortable, I had bad back and shoulder pain all week! It was the only thing that took the shine off our holiday, and we were not the only ones, I heard a few other guests saying the same. A more comfortable mattress would have made all the difference! There was a bit of noise on some nights from neighbouring venues, personally it did not bother us, we did close the windows a little bit but it wasn’t so loud that we couldn’t sleep. All in all we had a lovely experience at the protur safari hotel , we would go again if we knew they’d changed the mattresses ! We were a little bit gutted that the water park wasn’t open, this was a little bit confusing on the tui website as it looks as if all the slides are included in the hotel ! … just be aware that one area is the water park and is only open may -September, it also charges 14 euros a day to get in, again a few people didn’t realise this and were not very happy.

We stayed at the Safari Park a few weeks ago & had the best week imaginable! The pools are fantastic with some for activities, some deeper ones for older kids & adults, some tiddly pools for toddlers & a jungle pool, which was just the right depth for our 7yr to touch the floor. The splash park is just behind the golf course & is a fantastic bonus - not sure if it's down to the size of the grounds, but nowhere ever seemed that busy & there were always plenty of sun loungers The mini golf courses are brilliant - the easier one is beautifully landscaped, with a waterfall, bridges and a little river running through it - really well thought through. The restaurant had lots of selections across all meals, with different theme nights. You could be as daring & adventurous as you liked, with plain pasta available if nothing takes your fancy. The room was great size and the beds are probably the comfiest I've ever slept in. They were so peaceful with no loud noises morning or evening! The location of the hotel is great - just a few mins from the beach, close to the headland with a little castle on between Sa Coma and Cala Millor, or you can go south and walk to S'Illot and beyond fairly easily along the promenade. The staff were all magnificent - special shout out to the Reception, who were just amazing throughout, the Ibiza Restaurant staff, who work so incredible hard every service and also the Animation team - our daughter fell in love with Emmie!

Would not rate this 4 stars, and it would be hell on earth for anyone coming without children. Cons: - Buffet is mediocre - not a massive selection of food (both sides are identical) and the puddings are that weird cake mousse that you get at mass produced places like this. - All hot drinks are from a machine and extremely under par and in tiny cups. - No ice available for drinks at any time unless you ask for it when ordering at the bar. - Air conditioning in communal areas feels non existent. Luckily, much better in the rooms. - We had problems with hot water throughout our stay. Eventually we realised that we had to run the shower for about ten minutes before it would come through, but the handymen were not so handy and when we complained by the third day, we were told that there was no problem even though they were looking for an alternative room for us at one point! - People smoking on their sun loungers / while watching the entertainment. There are designated zones - use them so the rest of us don’t have to suffer. - No irons or tea or coffee facilities in the room. 4 stars? - Impossible to get a booking at the Italian or Indian restaurant, even if staying for a week and asking on your first day. Pros: - The splash pad is brilliant! - The main pool is always warm and has a busy, fun vibe to it. - The buffet has a children’s section which includes all their favourites - sausages, pizza, nuggets, chips. - If you join the FB group, people are giving their floaties away for free on a daily basis, stating their room numbers and leaving them outside for the taking. They are expensive in the shops, approx 20EUR each, so well worth taking on someone else’s and also means less plastic. - The shower is powerful and strong once the hot water gets through. - Bar service is always quick even though there are so many people - it is quite impressive!

Enjoyed our time at the hotel, we have a two year old so the splash park which is new this year (i think) was a everyday bundle of fun for him. Main gripe was buffet food was abit lack luster and no where to get snacks from as soon as buffet closes after evening sitting. Air con was poor also, very clean hotel for the size and very pleasant walk to beach. Little train that takes you to cala millor is located directly out the front of Hotel which was convenient. We normally like abit more luxury so will try the sensatori next door next year but this hotel was very adequate.

Just come back from a week here and so many positives about this hotel. Food was really nice and varied, different themes each night and all fresh. Italian restaurant did some nice food in a nice setting. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Pools very clean as were rooms which were large and cool with decent air con. Plenty of sun loungers, even managed to get a couple right by a pool at 9am one morning, but to get the better locations you probably do need to get up a bit earlier to reserve. Splash park areas were great for toddlers and plenty of sun loungers there also. Entertainment of an evening was great for kids and afterwards the shows were fine also. Plenty of hand washing stations with decent soap dispensers meant no illnesses for anyone in our family. La Reserva water park which costs extra was ok, not amazing but a nice change to the hotel pools for a day. No real gripes, only that lunchtimes were a bit manic trying to get food with a few long queues then and beds were a little hard but otherwise
