很多年的酒店了，設施比較老舊，但是整體還算乾淨。重點是當房間吹的是冷風，衹有一個調節風量大小的圓鈕，沒有其他東西可以調冷暖風，然後熱水一點也不熱，導致洗完澡出來冰冷直接感冒了。第二天退房的時候，前台11:51打電話問退不退房，不續住必須12點前退房，就留幾分鐘收拾東西嗎？純搞笑了，其他酒店一般會提前半個小時提醒，一般也可以免費延到2點，這邊要不直接退房，要不續住，要不開鐘點房，在這方面真是垃圾。不過有一點還可以，就是訂完房提前電話過去要留自己偏好的房間都答應了，當時中午去的，有空房提前給辦了入住，但這也衹是些一般酒店都會做的。但關於退房、房間熱水、暖氣這幾點，下次真不會再去住了。好歹我也跑過幾十個城市，這個價格還真配不上這個服務、設施。。。

第一，給我安排的5樓511，因為有麻將房，非常吵鬧一直有凳子拖拽的聲音。告知酒店前台解決還是聲音不斷然後換到4樓，換到四樓五樓的麻將房在四樓聽着更加明顯，此時已經半夜12點，酒店再次給我提出換房至7樓，到了7樓先是有醉漢在樓道大聲説話，我要求解決，酒店前台説我是無理取鬧，掛我電話，説人家正常交流，我忍了。最後半夜一兩點多我發現酒店有蟑螂，此時我已經實在無力解決，因為早上六點就要退房，忍着恐懼迷迷糊糊閉着眼睛數數（害怕蟲子的應該都懂）第二天早上前台完全沒有一點歉意，我要求退款，前台置之不理，態度非常強硬
後續：全額退款，酒店經理也已經道歉。總之第一，酒店一點不隔音，晚上樓上上個廁所樓下人都聽的一清二楚，睡眠質量不好的千萬謹慎預訂。第二，環境衞生看着還行，結果有蟑螂，空有其表。第三，服務人員態度差，掛客户電話，發現有蟲子一句抱歉都沒有。

1、服務超好，前台d值班的小姐姐説活都超有禮貌，而且很貼心，外賣送來會幫送上去，需要接高鐵會仔細詢問時間訊息，特別是我落下了東西前台小姐組專門致電告和並幫忙奇回，環境很棒，室內環境很有設計感，門面裝潢很特別很讓人喜歡，前台大廳電梯下還有的水池，房間內也讓人感覺温馨

房間電話是個擺設不能用，馬桶堵塞第一次打了電話一個小時沒有人過來，第二次打電話來的挺快，修了半小時説是好了，可是第二天再用又不行了，我也是無語了。
