No great as there are things that need to be addressed urgently at that hotel such as the quality and taste of the food and the electrical and plumbing facilities.

I like the property but I feel like the staff could have told us about all the places we can go to for example given us a tour or a map of what the resorts provides for us
I like how they cleaned rooms & replenished the mini fridge, coffee bar , bathrooms. What I didn’t like is that when I purchased a hookah worker refused to fix my hookah that worked for about 5 minutes $60 dollar purchase , worker had a very nasty attitude

Barring my bad front desk experience at check-in, my stay at this hotel was a really positive experience. My first interaction with the hotel via its front desk started horribly. After being next in line for a long time, the clerk simply walked away with the persons who were in front of her without even acknowledging the rest of the line, or even to give an assurance of her return. However, I was pacified by other more professional team members, after which my stay was quite enjoyable. The room was really large, nice and clean. I also saw the effort put into customer experience with a specialized team for this. I had a good time and may return.

If you are vegan or eat vegetables go somewhere else. Even though they had a lot of options the food was awful. No seasoning whatsoever. And no vegan options for breakfast. Not even coconut or almond milk for coffee. I starved the while time I was there.

A for room hygiene and cleanliness. The food needs to improve, selections were limited and the food temperature was cold.The poolside service, music and drinks very dissapointing. The service staff extremely limited to rarely avaliable. While, the main bar in the lobby was well stocked with professional bartenders and quality liquor/ cocktails. This is a hotel with great potential.

Liked having it all inclusive so didn't have to worry about how much something would cost.
Did not like the deceptive way they roped us into listening to a sales pitch to join their Privilege Members only club.
