The location is good. At the entrance are the station of the Airport Express and the bus station of No. 8. Easy access to Santa Claus Village, airport and train station. The front desk service is very good and will give you the latest schedule, tell you the departure time and location. Give us a free upgrade to a family suite. Breakfast was quite rich.

We are a family of 5 and booked 2 family rooms in this hotel. The rooms were big, compared to another Rovaniemi hotel that we stayed in and the amenities were wonderful. Free use of Sauna, 24hr gym, just located directed opposite the supermarket and most of all, the hotel has a microwave that you can heat up the food brought from the supermarket! What a deal!. Some areas for improvement, it would good if the Sauna can be 24hrs instead of closing at 10pm. If the hotel can provide utensils like spoon and fork it will be even more awesome. Overall our best stay in Rovaniemi for the price point, I think its a steal. Oh BTW, Burger King and McDonald is just opposite and 24hrs too.

Busy hotel but well managed. Staff helpful and friendly, rooms clean and cleaned everyday. Food was very good. Location was very good also with bars and restaurants very close, supermarket was 5 min walk away as was a shopping mall and macdonalds

The front desk of the hotel is very friendly. The environment and facilities are very good. It is close to the street and is very convenient. There is a bus to Santa Claus Village near the hotel. It is very convenient. The hotel's breakfast is very rich. Highly recommended.

After reading the reviews and all the nice promises on their website, i had high hopes about this hôtel. How foolish was i?!? I wrote an email the week before our arrival to ask if an early checking at 2h instead of 4h could be possible as we had to prepare for our wedding. They’ve answered that they will ask the cleaning team to do the room first so we could enter it earlier. When we arrived there was no one available so we had to ring and wait for someone as it’s how this place work. The person who arrived 10 minutes later was really not nice nor polite. We felt like disturbing him when he told us that they never do early checking. When i told him i’ve sent an email about this 2 weeks before he said i was lying. Oh ok!?! As we had 2 hours to wait we’ve decided to use the safe locker room they are providing. There is only 10 lockers there. After 10 minutes of struggles to try to lock a locker with all our luggages inside, we had to go back upstair to ring the rude guy again. We’ve waited 10 minutes again for him. When he arrived he told us that the lockers were broken and unusable. No sign to tell us that or nothing, just figure this out yourself when he knew it was broken! There is only two seats in the entrance and there were already 4 people waiting there with their luggage. I asked him what we were then supposed to do and he told us to just leave all our stuff unattended and unlocked there, with everybody able to go through them. I asked him if he was serious and he told me ”if you don’t trust us you can leave with your luggage!” I told him that i don’t know him and with some reviews already talking about stolen stuff in the hôtel you can understand why! He was very rude so i told him i was going to film him and that’s when he said i could leave our stuff in our room while it was being cleaned. We’ve decided to do this and whild doing it we’ve met the cleaning team. Honestly they should be the ones dealing with guests while the rude guy should be left far from any hospitality job where you interact with humans! They told us nobody told them we’ve asked for early checking otherwise they would have done our room first, especially if we wrote an email way earlier to ask for this. Probably the rude guy who forgot how to do his job again! After all that we only had 30 minutes to wait LOL When entering the room, we’ve realised that the fire place is fake. If you wait for the heat or flames of a real fire place you’la be sadly disapointed. Just a fake very light colored ”flame”. The bathroom is one foot away from the bed and the toilets are in it with the shower and sink. There is just a small wall separating between your pillow and the toilet. Wonder why we don’t see this on their website??? The room is advertised as a room ”with view”. If a view on street work and an old building is ”a view” then this is true. Just right near the bus stop from Rovaniemi train station. Able to checkin only after 1500. Luggage store provided. Family room is good for 3 pax. Assigned at the new building with brand new room (Stay Dec 2022). Room condition superb Clean. Not much room amenities. Ssfety box not working. Housekeeping assisted to setup extrabed. Very efficient. Near to the shopping centre. Few chinese/Asian restaurant. The fast food restaurants around the corner. River cannot be crossed and the view was great during sun rise. Overall bed, shower room was great. Breakfast was great too. Local spread of food. Staff helpful and good service in English. Recommended hotel to stay!

The hotel is located on the mountain east of the city. The environment is very quiet. It overlooks the Kemi River. The hotel is well decorated and feels very petty. The hotel has a rooftop, which is suitable for driving the aurora. There is a ski resort next to it. Convenient. If you rent ski equipment, you still need to go down to the mountain. The hotel’s breakfast is exquisite. I also had reindeer liver sauce. The hotel’s restaurant requires advance reservations and the dishes are very good. The disadvantage of the hotel is that the location is relatively remote, it is not convenient if it is not for self-driving. Extra bed and breakfast for children will be charged 35 Euros. The hotel does not provide slippers and toothbrushes.

I like this hotel so much. It’s a pity that I was in a hurry. Otherwise, I really wanted to stay for two more days. The scenery from the room can be seen all day and night without getting tired of it. It’s beautiful no matter how you take pictures. Breakfast is served in the room, yes. This scenery is really beautiful and delicious

The hotel is very beautiful~ There is a window on the second floor of the room facing the forest, which is very photogenic. The room is very big. The family is very comfortable to stay~ The two elk are very cute and the children like it very much. The hotel has skateboards and the children have a lot of fun.

Nice hotel, was quite busy when we stayed there but it was still quiet and calm in our room. Really enjoyed our time here, the breakfast was good too and the staff helpful whenever we needed anything. The only thing that could be better would be more options for dinner, my young children weren't too excited about the available options.
