My first time at a heritage, and I was pleasantly surprised everything was what it should’ve been. Even the breakfast was more than what I expected and pets are allowed. Great I hope you love you too take my word for it.

Hotel staff walked into our room while we were in bed. They also charged me $5 for a rag they said was stained.

Check in and check out staff was very helpful and polite. The room floor had quiet a bit dirt on it, very uncomfortable.
Beds are sagging in the middle and had a metal clanking noise when you move around.
Shower was good and had nice hot water.
Kind of half ass renovations too.

unless all you are interested in is a cheap night stay that is local to Roseville (as we were), this might not be the right hotel for you. the staff was responsive, and the room was clean. but the pillows for the bed were minimal squares, the blanket was pretty thin. fortunately, the heater worked well. the shower worked; we did not expect the room to have a jetted-tub, and it did, but the jets clearly have not worked in a long time. the door is an 1/4" to short, so there is a gap at the top just barely blocked by the jamb. as other reviews have mentioned, it is not in the most pristine part of town. we were mostly okay with all of this given the price, though we will likely be looking for a better hotel for a few dollars more the next time we come to this area. but we paid for a cheap hotel and that's what we got. so, 3 stars of 5.

Upon arrival I was checked into a room and when I arrived to the room it had not been cleaned and was told I can wait 20 minuets or walk back to the office and request a different room. I personally don't feel that it was my obligation to go ask for a different room if that was the case they should have taken care of the issue and provided me a room that was ready for my stay

Should put on their website pool is seasonal and the channel options also ******. The bathroom was nice though.

Perfectly acceptable accommodations for a 2 day trip for business in Roseville.
Room was clean. Shower adjustment did not work the first day, but manager came in and fixed it right up.
Some folks making late night noise on the first floor below my room, only on the first night.

The place is clean and big. They do not have sit in breakfast, they gave the guest bag with goodies in the morning with apple, frozen sandwich, cheese stick and small tetra pack orange juice. I wish they have place to sit down and freshly cooked foods. We stayed 2 days but the second day the fire alarm went off at 4:30am and kept alarming for 20 minutes. When asked, they said it is a false alarm and they are trying to fix it. Other guest told me that it happens every other day, no wonder most of the guests does not go out of their rooms inspite of the siren or fire alam is off. Fire Truck arrives but did nothing. I hope they can fix it. Overall, the place is clean.

We started off our trip by a very distracted host, who proceeded to check into an occupied room. We had an awkward experience trying to walk into said room with a woman lying on the bed. We got that sorted but then later we were awakened at 5:30 AM to a loud smoke alarm that was on for about 15 minutes. We had to leave our room and sit in our car until the fire truck left. Not exactly sure what happened there. Would not recommend, it was not a smooth or restful experience.
