I have traveled all around the world and this was the smallest room I have ever been in. The size of a closet. It was not updated to today’s standards. It was dirty and dusty the bathroom floor was cracked and the sink was all chipped up. The breakfast you had to order on line and very limited. My wife wanted a cappuccino with breakfast and they wanted to charge us for it saying only black coffee came with the breakfast. I would say this is only a two star hotel.

The people at check in: very nice & spoke English. Restaurant staff were great!!! Especially “ Bartek”. Hotel is close to all things in Roros: shops, restaurants and the Roros church + all the historic mining buildings and the train station!

Hyggelig atmosfære på hotellet med svært hjelpsomme ansatte. Nydelig frokost hvor eksklusive retter kunne bestilles nylaget. Innbydende SPA område. Litt trangt rom men gode senger og sengetøy. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Meget skuffet over at det ikke var vannkoker/kaffepiulver på rommet. Burde ikke måtte oppgradere for at det skulle være tilgjengelig. Har ikke opplevd det på andre Norske hoteller vi har vært!

Frokosten var alt annet enn vi forventet i Røros 😒 føltes som om vi var i et annet land med fremmede smaker.

Super frokost, resepsjonsområde og spafasiliteter men selve rommet og badet er mer enn klar for en oppgradering! Perfekt beliggenhet i forhold til både sentrum og toget.

Rommet var rent og fint. Gode senger med dundyner. Badet var praktisk med stor dusj. Løsningen til frokost med ala cart bestilling var uvant og informasjonen som kom opp ved scanning av QR-kode på bordet var ikke helt god. Bl.a sod det at det kostet 30 kr hvis man ønsket ekstra tomatbønner til en av varmrettene. Er dette rett? Hvis det er det, er det en "koko"-løsning. Ved vanlig forkostbuffe betaler man ikke ekstra hvis man tar mer enn en serveringsskje med tomatbønner..
