She helped us secure an upgrade with the front desk, which made our stay even better. The 61m² room was incredibly spacious, perfect for families with kids. It featured a huge bathtub and a terrace, where we could soak while enjoying views of the mountains and bamboo forests. **Pro-tip‼️:** Banyan Tree is a must-visit! The current deal, two nights for the price of what one night used to cost, is incredibly surprising and excellent value. The facilities are brand new, and there are plenty of evening activities! 💡**Kid-Friendly Surprises & Stress-Free Stay** We weren't fond of the room initially assigned during check-in, so we called our butler. Molly promptly rearranged everything for us, and we were very satisfied with her service. She even set up a bed guard for the little one. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide array of choices, including local specialties. The daily recommendations kept things fresh, and the sandwiches were especially delicious! Freshly baked breads, sweets 🍬, and various drinks 🥤 were also available, much to the delight of the little ones. 📒**Additional Notes:** 🧺The bedding was super comfortable. We stayed two nights, and they proactively changed the linens. 🩴Slippers came in men's L, women's M, and children's sizes. They were incredibly soft, like walking on clouds – instant relaxation the moment you put them on. 🏊‍♀️The pool was uncrowded and clean. It offered stunning views at different times of day – whether for a sunrise swim, a sunset dip, or an evening splash. All perfect for capturing beautiful photos. Open until 9 PM, it was great for a late swim with the kids, followed by a relaxing shower 🚿 that guaranteed a comfortable night's rest. 🔮**Summary:** Check-in is on the 8th floor via elevator 🗗. The moment the elevator doors open, you're greeted by a breathtaking bamboo forest, reminiscent of 'Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon'. The unbeatable mountain views, coupled with the hotel's sunrises and sunsets, create a truly healing and unforgettable experience. Overall, it was an incredibly comfortable and relaxing stay with the kids, enjoying the water facilities, dining, and getting truly amazing value for money."

"A very pleasant holiday, the staff were very welcoming, and the butler Ruby was especially attentive. The location is excellent, very close to Lingfeng Temple, with a daily shuttle bus service. The hotel's cave bar is also very unique. Highly recommended!"

"Beautiful and cozy hotel with mountain view. The hotel is kind of isolated, so you will note be able to go anywhere without a car. Hotel is very new and has a very nice atmosphere for relaxing. If you arelooking for some time out, this is perfect. Hotel also has AC charging facilities (6 cables), which is extremely convenient if you here only for a weekend trip. There is a hiking route that you can take, which can also be combined with a second one a few km north and do a loop in about 3 hours. If you like star watching, you could book (need a few weeks in advance) a star gazing night at the observatory located by the water reservoir. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a weekend with a couple or small kids."

"We had the best vacation!! The service was outstanding ( We don’t speak Chinese and everyone was so kind and helpful). The location is also amazing, walking distance from the “Skyland Park”. The breakfast was also very good (  multi Western and Chinese options). Highly recommended ❤️ The kids already ask when are we coming back 😆"

"## Facilities The infinity pool was decent, and the water appeared clean. However, the changing rooms and showers felt a bit basic. Since it was off-peak season, it wasn't crowded, which made the experience quite pleasant. ## Room We stayed in a 'Back to Nature' series treehouse, and the room itself was beautiful. My only issue was that it was sweltering when we first entered. I'd suggest leaving a key card in the power slot during summer so the AC can cool the room to a comfortable temperature before guests arrive. Despite this, the room offered excellent value for money overall, and the tea mountain view from the window was incredibly relaxing. ## Service My biggest disappointment was the service. The front desk staff seemed inexperienced and quite aloof during check-in. We had booked a room type that required climbing several stairs, but no one bothered to inform us beforehand. When using the pool, we had to specifically ask the front desk for towels and locker keys; they weren't offered proactively, which was a bit inconvenient. ## Dining Breakfast was just okay, lacking variety and primarily consisting of Chinese dishes. Dinner at the hotel was convenient, and the beer duck was quite good. Afternoon tea was even more disappointing; there were no options besides a simple fruit platter, and the tables weren't cleaned properly. However, considering the overall price point, the value for money was ultimately acceptable."

"The room was very clean and the owner was very welcoming. He knew we didn't have lunch and prepared afternoon tea for us. He also gave us various snacks when we left. The hot spring environment is simply beautiful. There is a green mountain opposite. When we left, we played with the deer for a while. It was really a very active deer! If you don't have a reservation for dinner, you have to eat outside. The breakfast is very rich, and the white porridge and side dishes are very southern."

The hotel's location is also excellent. Since it was a public holiday (National Day), there were probably more people, so the shuttle might have a bit of a wait. However, it's very close to most attractions, and you can easily walk to them. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay."

"I stayed two nights and was still reluctant to leave. This is a newly opened upscale guesthouse. Parking isn't a problem; although it's located deep in an alley, there are about 13-15 private parking spaces and charging stations in front of the guesthouse. Upon entering, there's a large lawn and a water feature system. The common area has a terrace hot spring (reservations may be required), a private mahjong room, a private karaoke room, billiards, and an infinity pool. Even this season, the pool was still full and very clean. Whether you can swim or not, the attention to detail is impeccable. Afternoon tea is served upon check-in, and it's thoughtfully prepared with high-quality drinks, cakes, and fruits. The rooms are also very cozy. I booked two tatami rooms, perfect for families. The beds were also of excellent quality. The owners clearly know how to enjoy life! As for breakfast, the variety is abundant and plentiful, and delicious. After breakfast, I ordered two coffees and sat by the pool. I really didn't want to leave. I would definitely book another stay at this guesthouse next summer."
