Xiongan International Hotel

I came here because of its reputation, and made a special trip to Xiongan New District on the way to Laishui. The newly opened hotel has a very grand overall decoration and a quiet and elegant environment. Before I checked in, I received a call from Feng Xinlan, the hotel's guest relations manager, asking about my check-in needs and arranged a room in advance. The whole process of arriving at the store is guided and provided with patient attitude, which makes people very comfortable. Whether it's the environment, facilities or services, it's a place worth coming back to.

Checked in on the first day of the hotel's opening. The hotel is super big. The overall design combines the style of the north with the sophistication of the south. After eating and walking for an hour and a half, I walked around half of the hotel, and the other half couldn't move anymore. The environment is great and the service is excellent. However, the hardware, sanitary ware and toiletries do not match the brand positioning. I hope they can be improved in the future.

I am honored to be the first customer to check in after the opening. I received a warm welcome and received a large bouquet of flowers and exquisite gifts. What an honor! The hotel belongs to a Chinese-style garden hotel at the state guesthouse level. The gardens are patchwork, with small bridges and flowing water in other courtyards. The artistic conception is mostly taken from ancient poems and prose. It is adjacent to Yuerong Park. There are mountains, lakes, bridges, islands, pavilions, and towers. It takes about 10 minutes to walk around One and a half hours later, some buildings and facilities in the park are currently being renovated. The hotel room is comfortable, the service is considerate, the room manager and the reception staff are very enthusiastic, the food in the Chinese restaurant is mainly exquisite, the materials are very high-grade, and the taste is also great! It’s especially suitable for family leisure or friends’ get-togethers. I look forward to the hotel becoming better and more beautiful. I will definitely go there again next time I have the opportunity!

It was a very pleasant stay experience, every staff member was very enthusiastic, greeted each other proactively, and smiled very kindly. Guest Relations Ms. Feng's reception is still fresh in my memory, and she has been actively helping us solve our dining problems and meet our needs. The room also gave welcome fruit and small desserts. The hand-painting on the greeting card is very careful, and the children like it very much.

酒店足足住了三天，沒住夠，非常不錯，尤其是江南風格園林，完全不用下江南就能感受江南風情。酒店內吹風機是戴森，枕頭不太舒服，但可以向前台選擇自己喜歡的枕頭，房間優點：一樓有小院、二樓之上是落地窗景色很好。缺點：1.沒有迎賓水果，不夠温馨2.mini吧全部收費，不温馨3.電視較小4.浴缸沒有一次性浴缸巾～細節有待提高喲！

五一假期親子游，除了入住時候趕上團客退房，辦理入住等了兩小時，其他都非常好，很滿意！新開的小童樂園天鵝堡超級大，住店客人138元玩兒一整天，孩子們特別開心。酒店很大，就是一個大公園，景色宜人，完全可以不用出園區就很愜意。酒店衞生乾淨整潔，設施先進，值得推薦！

不愧是雄安，房間非常豪，裝修佈置完全長在我的審美上。酒店如同一個大花園，景色十分優美，足夠逛上大半天。小童樂園雖然收費，但設施環境確實不錯，足足一棟樓。還有免費的健身房、游泳館，健完身遊個泳太舒服了。另外還有室內網球館、羽毛球館。 服務員態度也很好，很專業。前台劉夢幫解決了很多問題，絕對五星好評。 已推薦給朋友，還會再來～

環境：室外環境很好，滿眼的綠色，園林酒店名副其實！酒店大堂環境也很有檔次，但是室內甲醛味道太重，入住期間需要一直開窗。 服務：五星級酒店的標準化服務。小姐姐們都很漂亮，態度也很好，這次幫我們辦理入住的是一位名字叫劉夢的小姐姐，服務很貼心，點贊👍🏻 設施和衞生：也符合五星級酒店的標準，房間寬敞視野很好。 餐食：非常貴！非常一般！我們是中午到的酒店，提前看好了各種評論，帶着寶寶來到中餐廳，兩大一小，花費近400塊，這價位在北京也能去一家挺不錯的餐廳了吧，關鍵是味道還很一般，菜量很小。 天鵝堡：聽勸各位，真的不值得去！裏面就是酒店房間改造的，甲醛味道超級大，窗户不開空調不開，地面很臟，玩了一圈再出來襪子全是黑的。裏面工作人員有五六個吧，個個都挺閑在，啥服務也沒有。

這家酒店應該屬於高大上吧！無論硬件還是服務都屬一流。房間設施完備，還配有浴缸。早餐沒的説，不但品種多，而且各種菜品和主食非常好吃，中西餐結合。另外，賓客關係劉夢服務很周到，該酒店本身所在地應該是雄安區校心區和打卡地吧，雄偉大氣，值得推薦
