Campo Marzio Luxury Suites

We had chosen this so-called "luxurious" hotel with a breakfast that leaves you dreaming (see photo) Result: False statements!! A spacious room certainly equipped with good bedding but very badly soundproofed. Woken up several times in the night by simple passers-by and noises of all kinds. Very average quality equipment. The staff consists of a young student on site from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. The worst was the breakfast. Absolutely not up to the service sold on the site (see for yourself in the photo (the coffees on the set are just missing)). The breakfast is obligatorily taken in the room but no place to sit or put the tray. Industrial quality products, no choice! Far from the description!! We asked the manager for explanations who just replied '' it's because of the COVID." I don't recommend!

The room was much smaller than expected. The air conditioner was not working and they did not give many facilities for it to be fixed that same day. The owner was dragging our feet and we had to be on top of things to get it resolved the next day. There was a lot of trouble getting things resolved. He canceled the reservation in *********** so he could not comment on it. Not recommended

La posizione è perfetta e l'arredamento va bene. Ma per quanto riguarda l'attenzione alle richieste del cliente non ci siamo. La mattina seguente al mio arrivo ho fatto notare che la temperatura nella stanza era bassa e che non si riusciva ad avere quella che avevo impostato. Il ragazzo delle colazioni mi ha detto che ci avrebbe pensato lui,invece ho trovato ancora più fredda la stanza. Visto che nel bagno dove per avere acqua decentemente calda ci vuole un bel po ,non c'è alcun tipo di riscaldamento, devi lasciare la porta aperta per riscadarlo, ma se la camera è fredda finisce che non ti viene la voglia di fare la doccia. Nel pomeriggio chiamo telefonicamente il numero fornito e mi spiega come impostare il climatizzatore, cosa he avevo già fatto, e mi assicura che avrebbe funzionato. Niente la temperatura è rimasta bassa uguale fino alla mattina dopo. Mattina di partenza , ma prima come era previsto vado nel salottino dove fanno le colazioni. Mi accorgo subito che mancava quasi tutto quello ordinato la sera prima come richiesto dalla struttura. L'addetto alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni mi dice che il cliente prima di me aveva mangiato quasi tutto e più del dovuto, quindi mi dovevo accontentare di quello che era rimasto. A questo punto ho dovuto altare la voce e farmi intendere e ha funzionato perché poco dopo è stato rifornito il buffet.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo lo interesante de la ciudad. Personal amable. Habitación cómoda, completa aunque su decoración es algo pretenciosa y cursi, para el tipo de hotel pequeño podria ser mas simple y moderna. El desayuno es bastante pobre.
