Forgot to take pictures, this one is recommended by Ctrip! The only room in Europe that comes with slippers and toothpaste, and the room is no longer as small as it used to be in Europe (the room is okay)! The breakfast was good and the customer service was quite polite! It's very close to Milan Cathedral and the subway, and relatively quiet.

Not very satisfied. The hotel is under renovation. After checking in, I paid a head fee of 90 euros. Is there anyone left in the family room? It’s incomprehensible that a 5-year-old child should be charged... The location of the hotel is okay. There is a famous pizza shop near the Colosseum... The room is not very big... Maybe I just came from Nice. Rome is really dirty...

There is no elevator and no hot water for shower. We reported it since we checked in at 4am, but the front desk didn't solve it. They kept saying they would ask, but never contacted us. Finally, they said the repair team would come at 8am the next day. Is that ridiculous? We didn't change rooms, and there was no hot water for shower. They told us that the room was full, but there were vacancies available on the website.

Very good stay experience. The entire hotel is an old Italian brand designed in light luxury style. The service from the handsome guy at the hotel front desk was great! Like 👍 When the room assigned to me was on the second floor, I asked if there was an elevator? The handsome guy replied without hesitation, "I am the elevator🛗", which made me laugh out loud! Awesome 👏Feeling like home. Because we were staying for 4 days, and the breakfast was exquisite and rich, everything was so comfortable and considerate. The Italian beauties serving in the restaurant were always very sweet and attentive, taking good care of everything! There is a wonderful historical church opposite the hotel. It's also very close to the Colosseum. When I left, it was still early before the train departed, so I entrusted the handsome guy to store my luggage, which was no problem. I am also worried that foreigners will be fined if they call a taxi. I want to ask how much does it cost for a handsome guy to go to the station? The answer was no problem, and he would help us solve it. We contacted the taxi company's customer service on the phone. When the taxi arrived, he paid special attention to the driver. Sure enough, the taxi fare when we got off was less than what he told us. I should give it 5 stars in every aspect🌟👏I will come back as long as I am in Rome!

You can’t go wrong choosing this hotel as your first stop in Rome! It is a three-minute walk from the Colosseum. The hotel is also quite newly renovated. However, hotels in Europe are generally small, and it is basically enough for two people.
