First stat wasn't bad. Breakfast is very good. Located very close to city center. After we decided to make new and stay again here. First of all I have made reservation mistakenly for next night , not this and realized that upon check in, when receptionist tells me. I have asked him to make an exception and change reservation dates, however he refused to do that and advised that I made booking through third party ,when I made it through the hotel website. He started to explain me hotel cancellation policy ( that it's 3days prior to arrival. As I'm a reservation manager at hotel as well and I know hotel cancellation policies for last minute bookings and difference between third party and hotel website I try to explain him once again the situation, however he refused to help me and tell that they will change me for second night as well. I just asked him to charge and leave the hotel. Please teach your staff to be more polite with the guests and give them chance to make an exception for your guests. Because it's a hospitality industry and we are all humans. Thanks
