My room was spacious and clean. The bathroom had good toiletries. It is easy to get to the airport but out of the main area for shopping and site seeing. However there is a metro about 20 minutes walk away, and a shopping centre about 15 minutes walk away. I really appreciated assistance from staff with good English for sorting out day trips and local directions. The air conditioning worked well and was much appreciated in the sweltering heat.

The hotel is so nice, but the location is not really well, it approximately take at least 50 minutes to Rome downtown or attractions.

No body shampoo, no hair conditioner in the bathroom. I will never stay this hotel again…

kettle and iron with iron board only provided if asked. claimed to have a swimming pool but the staff told us there was none

Elegant environment, clean rooms but could be improved, breakfast I recommend going early otherwise you risk not finding croissants

The surrounding environment is average, 1.6 kilometers away from the subway station. Living in it is like an IKEA in China. Although it is called Shangri-La, the breakfast variety is pitiful and completely disappointing.
