Spagna Boutique

Booked this for my son and his girlfriend who were joining us in Rome. They reported that it was a very comfortable 1-night stay (we went on to a larger, family apartment together the next day). Great location near us. On the busy shopping street, but very quiet. Would surely book again.

I rate this property and the owner 10/10. The property is beautiful, its located in a lovely neighborhood and is walkable to everything. The owner is great. He is attentive, he takes his time checking you in and is very responsive to calls/texts. We will stay here again. Thank you Gianmarco for being an wonderful host.

Spagna Boutique Hotel was suggested by a friend from Rome. He really understood our needs and came through with a great recommendation. Prime location, great restaurants walking distance to all the major tourist sites. Gianmarco was a great host. We would highly recommend this place.

Did not know what to expect when I booked because it is not a traditional hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. Suite is in a nice building, on a beautiful quiet street just off of Corso Italia. The suite is modern and clean. Daily cleaning service was provided. Gianmarco was very efficient and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend.

Our stay was more then disappointing. We made our reservation through ***********, where we were enticed by images of opulent, spacious bedrooms. However, upon arrival, we were met with a room featuring dirty walls, broken electrical outlets, remnants of ongoing construction, unattractive and cheap decor, inadequate insulation, an unpleasant odor, and a small third bed that resembled a prison cell. We shelled out 700 euros for a two-night stay. On ***********, it was also advertised as including a "delicious breakfast." To our dismay, we were provided with vouchers for two different cafes, with no indication that this breakfast would not be served at Spagna Boutique itself. It's common sense that when you book a room with breakfast included, you expect a relaxed morning experience on-site. The most disappointing aspect was the lack of understanding and willingness to rectify the situation when we expressed our dissatisfaction. While they acknowledged our disappointment, they initially offered no concessions. It was only after a lengthy argument that they agreed to refund us for the breakfast. I am baffled by how this place can be labeled as "Luxurious Suites." Please refer to the attached pictures for a visual representation. Undoubtedly, the location was excellent. However, everything else fell short and was certainly not worth the money. It felt like a genuine scam!

Beautiful property perfectly situated within walking distance of all of Rome’s attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

This one is hard to write. First the good. You cannot beat the location, we walked to almost everything, and it is super close to shopping. The manager was very communicative as well. The bed was the perfect firmness and the windows drowned out the noise from the street. Now the bad. It is a pain to checkin. Apparently they have locations in theee different buildings on Via Corso. If you get there after they close, you'll be struggling to find the right place and get into your room. They do provide a video, but as you're schlepping your luggage, have super slow cell service, and trying to navigate in the dark, it can be pretty stressful. In addition, we never could get the Wi-Fi to work and our shower had mold growing on the ceiling and on the floor boards. This may be due to a lack of ventilation; it seems they constructed a bunch of rooms in what used to an apartment.
