Although the room is not big, the landlord is very nice and easy to talk to. The most important thing is that everyone has a good time eating together. It feels like distant relatives. The food is also very delicious. If you stay for a few more days, you will probably gain weight. The supermarket next to it is also very convenient. I didn't catch up with the watermelon bought by the boss when I was walking down. I'll come back next time.

As you can probably guess from the reviews, the owner is Chinese. Most of the reviews are in Chinese so I gave some thought to the language aspect, but I chose it because of its location. It is run by a young Chinese couple, and they spoke English well. They were very friendly and warm, and when I returned from going out at dinner time they invited me to eat with them, and we had a great time chatting together with the other guests. If I had to point out one problem, it was a bit difficult to find as the exterior is just an ordinary house in a residential area, as the name ”homestay” suggests, and there is no sign with the hotel name on it. Other than that it was a nice place.

This new hotel, which only opened 4 months ago, is gorgeous. The staff is fantastic and so helpful, and the rooms are HUGE! It is located a short 7 block walk from the Kingdom Centre Tower in the financial district of Riyadh. The food was great (I had the breakfast buffet each morning and one evening we ate on the rooftop restaurant). Jahiroul was our server in restaurant for buffet, and never let our coffee cup get empty. Can't say enough good things about the Cantonal. It's probably more of a business hotel than family, although I saw families staying here. I will most definitely come back to this hotel when my husband and I return later this year. The wifi signal was extremely strong, something that can't be said about every hotel. My only suggestion would be softer pillows. We returned in July 2023 for another business stay. Same great service; staff even remembered us! Jahiroul Alam, from Bengladesh, was again our server in the restaurant. He was extremely attentive to our needs. This trip I used the workout room, which is about the size of most hotel gyms, so adequate. Everything in it was clean, well maintained and new. Water was readily available. I must commend the reception staff for helping us when we discovered our cell phones would not allow us to make or receive calls or texts. The manager called the hotel driver who took us places and then returned at an agreed-upon time to retrieve us since we could not call a taxi or Uber. Just can't say enough good about the staff and hotel itself.

Best 5-star hotel in Riyadh. The amazing team and business+leisure location - all time favourite in Riyadh. The view from the rooms are breathtaking and the food is truly sumptuous. You can be sure to see some genuine smile at people at the this place who truly care for you to be best!

Great price and great location but very shabby and outdated. There was hardly any food at breakfast, but the staff did try to be helpful, but didn’t know English very well at all. Would recommend if you’re looking for a decent place to stay and don’t mind tiles in the shower looking like they could do with a good clean!

Unexpectedly satisfied! I thought that Saudi Arabia hotels within the budget would be shabby. I read a lot of guides before, but I was still worried. I specially chose a hotel that has been open for two years. I was very satisfied with this stay. First of all, the hotel is located in a gathering area for Filipinos. Because there are three large hospitals around, many Filipinos work as nurses or basic jobs in hospitals, so there are many Asian restaurants nearby, and Chinese people don’t have to worry about eating. There are many supermarkets and restaurants around, and there is also a Chinese spicy hot pot. If you accept CT walk, you can walk to some landmark buildings at 6:00 in the evening, such as the Kingdom Center, which takes about an hour. Second, the hotel’s room facilities are very new, very clean and spacious with windows for ventilation, but the hotel does not have a gym or fitness facilities, which is a big minus. The hotel’s breakfast variety is not bad, mainly local meals, usually flatbread with cheese or boiled beans, beef, etc., which is relatively rich in variety. The front desk is also quite enthusiastic, but I still feel lazy when I check in and check out, but I helped print visa information for free, and I am generally quite satisfied.

The room is relatively old, the facilities are also old, and the air conditioner is like a tractor. I fell asleep when I was very sleepy. The window wouldn't open or close, so I called a waiter to fix it. The main thing is that the location is good, facing the tower, and the night view is good at night.

Excellent to stay in this hotel... Very affordable and service is good as they provide sufficient amenities for the couples.. Location is convenient...Just need to improved the breakfast arrangement.. But highly recommend to stay in this hotel... Deserved to give this hotel a five star...

The service is amazing. The staff is always smiling. They have serve breakfast however it is limited. If you will stay long it may be a challenge. When ever you ask any service it does not take more than 10 min. Special thanks to Bellboy Jahnger, he gave me a feeling that they have private butler service. I hope the may do maintenance soon for their rooms.

Budal Monsea is on the tomb road in a good location, which is a luxury and clean hotel unit, rooms and wings are clean and well-organized, but there's no Buffet kitchen only without devices, and the location near the seller is defective in the rental of tanks and horses because of discomfort, especially tanks that advise. By reserving units far from the outside for their calmness.
