The hotel is old, the bed linen was dirty, the toilet in my room was loose, I was afraid to sit down, the room had a bad smell, and the air conditioning made a lot of noise, the elevator was old, not to mention the terrible service from the girls at check in…
This hotel only makes up for its location close to the airport and some nearby tourist attractions, if you only use it to sleep it might work for you

They advertised they spoke english. They did not. They were unwilling to even try when i tried to speak a little Portuguese. This was one of the main factors for choosing this hotel. The rooms were filthy and mildew everywhere. When they cleaned (3 times in 11 days) they were finished in 5 minutes.

Very bad, the hotel is very old...elevator didn't work...breakfast had the basics, however, everything was missing...and it takes a long time to replace it. The bed linen was dirty and stained.

Sobre o Hotel, de modo geral, deixa falhas em todos os sentidos. Comuniquei vazamento no banheiro duas vezes, nada foi feito, Isso já no segundo dia de minha estadia. O café é tumultuado, há apenas um funcionário para atender tudo e a todos: faz o melhor possível. As instaçãoes são antigas, roupa de cama e banho muito velhas. Há funcionários que não tem cordialidade nenhuma. Uma pena. O local muito próximo de várias atrações.

Gostei do café da manhã e do jantar, comida caseira e gostosa, e o atendimento no restaurante é muito bom, diferente do atendimento no balcão, muito ruim e faltou educação por parte de uma atendente que não me lembro o nome. O hotel é bem antigo e o quarto e banheiro mal cuidados. Para quem quer ficar na Lapa a localização é boa, mas em geral eu não gostei da localização. É um hotel para 1 noite, no máximo.
