The room was comfortable but had a musty smell. There was no smart TV and the air didn't cool well. Very dirty bathroom. Parking costs 80 reais daily!!
The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. But the cost-benefit ratio was not worth it

Excellent employees. Very polite and collaborative.
Hotel delivers what it sets out to do.
As it is an old building, it has some inconveniences, such as the carpet in the hallways and the gym that is under maintenance.
The breakfast is good and the waiters are super attentive.
It was a good stay.

Terribly, this reservation was not made by me I tried to cancel the Copacabana, canceled the day before, returned the money and even offered a 5% card on the next stay if I returned.

Hotel with very old facilities. Bathroom and air conditioning in poor condition. Old elevator. Noisy room due to lack of windows with appropriate sound insulation and high street traffic. Moths in various parts of the room and bathroom.
Hotel charged a service fee (15%) not foreseen in the original reservation conditions.
Positive points: breakfast and swimming pool.
