Nice experience. It was a beautiful surprise to discover the place. The decoration is beautiful, the rooms very clean, excellent air conditioning. Also excellent kitchen service, excellent quality in general. I liked that they had a cowork space where you can work in peace too. There was very good attention and very good service from the staff, for example Alice and Fernanda, very nice and attentive to help. A totally recommended place.

I stayed in the hotel for the commitment I had because it was close. As it was one night only, I chose to book. The room was very dirty, sabble paper open in the pier, all dirty. 2 towels, 1 was acceptable and the other was completely swept and damaged. I put it on the floor because I had no courage to use it. The bed is horrible and noisy, and the dressers too. Have you seen a short shirt? Yes, it was so much to cover up to half the body and thinnerly impossible. I had nothing but that shirt to cover. Summary: I didn't sleep anything, super discomfortable. It's all about all the rooms, bad clothing. Coffee is half mouth, but in any case I've seen worse. The only positive point is that the reception official called ”D”. When we arrived at the hotel, we were surprised by the information that the system was out of the air and would take a little, then the same offered us 2 courtesy drinks for the event. The only thing I liked at the hotel, but you're only reserved in the last case if you don't want to get angry.

beach. Hotel looks good on first impression but on closer looking lobby is tired, sofas need cleaning. Rooms very very basic, covers so dated, doors shabby. There is strange sort of small lounge as you come in which doesn't serve any purpose. Curtains didn't meet, only two sockets worked. Air conditioning button seemed to have loose wires and you had to jiggle the switch about to get it working. The tv was a big old grey version (didn't think they were still used) only CNN channel. Breakfast not really good couldn't get a normal cup of tea. Not everyone likes flavoured. Asked for natural tea told didn't have any. Staff not very friendly asked if they could print boarding passes and told no system was done but clearly they were using it at the desk, concierge gentlemen were very nice. I've been here in B&B North Shopping several times and I've always had some small problems from In to Out. But today 04/05 I was surprised by the team that attended me. 3 people smile, sympathetic, performing, with a wonderful humor and careful to what the guest asks.Today I have experienced the true experience that the B&B Network offers in all its hotels. I want to congratulate Priscila, Rafaela and (I'm sorry if you're wrong with the name), Kath. Vcs make the difference!!!! Know that it's this type of professionals that the market requires in this new phase. Congratulations the unit. So every time I'm in the North Zone, I choose vcs.

I spent ten days working, the rooms are very good, the bedroom is very good, a shower with a good pressure. It is well located with a good cost-benefit restaurant and a supermarket nearby. Although there is still a very weak wifi, the staff are very educated. Hotel with a good location.

I left disappointed even tho I had to extend a few time due to the fact that most of the hotels were occupied since it was carnival time. I strongly believe that they could have been more prepaid for the amount of guests and provide more of comfort. They charged for water in the room, I think it should be complementary always. There was a place for a fridge, but no fringe whatsoever. The room was really small and the bed wasn’t comfortable. The lights are too dimmed in the hall that gives you an impression that you’re in a club or something. The staff was friendly and helpful however I would not stay there again. Maybe it’s because of the carnival, normally I would want to believe they do their job much better. For me what was important: Restaurant: I could have dinner at the hotel always: you just pay 45R$ entrance to dining area and you can serve yourself with the buffet fresh made food. I enjoyed this option so much. Location: was very nice, subway is in 10 minutes walk, the Pyramid is in walking distance as well as museum of future and downtown. The beaches are very far, so you should take a taxi or metro. Pool/rooftop: none 🥲

Hotel without infamy or praise central location in the very dirty neighborhood of Lapa....decent breakfast....single beds quite comfortable...pillows too high and with no alternative to having a lower one...short darkened curtains at 6am morning and already light... swimming pool on the top floor too small given the 13 floors of the hotel and therefore with a lot of people
