Location is good however you will have strange experience when you want to store your luggage for few hours after you checked out, cause you need to pay 30 local dollars for this service. I never have this experience before.

From the begining when you try to find your room at thee front desk it seems that every moment you're waiting as for a room auction, I was given room 810 after more than 1 hour wait which as entered smelled moistness, then as I realized the TV set was so old that only worked for 1 hour then broke up, the air conditioning was also old and only worked for the same amount of time, there were many hairs everywhere in the bathroom and seemed cleaning processes didn't were made at all, doors and surfaces were splattered all around, breakfast was barely varied and poor.
At the end of my stay when I checked out I was charged 7,5 BRL which I refused to pay as I informed all the bad service I found.
The only one thing I liked was the pent house view which I reached walking cause most of time elevators were broken or under service.

The room I was taken to had more modern furniture. I've been referred to older rooms, so I don't know if all rooms have a standard design. I usually stay at this hotel when the price is affordable, as it tends to vary. It is opposite the subway and close to restaurants and pharmacies. It is also close to the beach.

It doesn't match the photos, the hotel is very old, dirty, the elevator looks like it's going to fall at any moment, the breakfast is poor, it's well located, but I wouldn't go back.

As I need invoices for reimbur*****t, I have had several discussions at the hotel and they do not issue the invoice, claiming that the responsibility lies with whoever intermediated the reservation, in this case Trip. Com. How can you help me?

The reception service is fantastic! Super attentive. The breakfast is very good, with several options.
However, the elevator makes a terrible noise, the bathroom stall is very dirty (I think it's only due to renovation) and the daily parking fee is R$52.00
