The service attitude is very good 👍 It's hygienic and clean, and the environment is beautiful. You don't have to go out to enjoy the sun and the beach. The breakfast is very rich, and the inside and outside courts are very popular.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, from the comfortable rooms to the friendly staff. We were even able to check into our room earlier than expected, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great experience!

Overall, I had a great experience with the Park Hotel; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.

I'm staying at this hotel now, and I have stayed here previously as well. It is an efficient and well-run place. But I have felt little respect for even repeat clients. I arrived from São Paulo this morning at 9 and was told that my room was available, and there was no one in it, but nevertheless, I needed to wait until 1:30 pm to enter the room unless I wanted to pay an additional 300 R. Then, since I needed to wait four hours (for no reason) to get into my room, I went to have some coffee and fruit at the breakfast buffet. An attendant approached me 20 minutes later to tell me I needed to pay 90R since I was not yet a registered guest. This was deeply insulting, and is also a very stupid business model. Why would you NOT try to accommodate a repeat customer who pays thousands of dollars at your hotel by allowing them into the empty room a bit early, or giving them access to your coffee and buffet, half of which is going into the garbage anyhow? Very shortsighted business model. I like this hotel for its efficiency and for its location--let's face it, it is the only good hotel near the city center-- but the lack of respect for me as a repeat client makes me unsure about wanting to stay here in the future. By the way, I also speak good Portuguese and have been working here for 30 years, so I do have some perspective.

Excellent service in a hotel excellent location, but I went to make a maid reservation one day and saw the wrong day attendant consultant value on the hotel's website and said mine was cheaper I did it like this, I didn't even notice the mistake and she didn't care there either the rest is history

The hotel is very well located, on Av. Princesa Isabel, right after the tunnel, right where Leme beach ends and Copacabana beach begins. The service at reception was exceptional, friendly and helpful. Mr. Carlos, who checked me in, was helpful, offering us the possibility to get into the room earlier (1:00 pm, when the time would be 3:00 pm), and stored our bags at reception while we walked around the city waiting for the room to be released. The room I stayed in (a standard twin) was good, not too big, but not too tight either, two wide single beds, with new and clean sheets, but a mattress too soft for my taste (for one night, it wasn't a problem , but spending more nights sleeping on it would be complicated). Smart TV, but it couldn't connect to the internet, so it was limited to cable channels (good selection of movie and series channels). The bathroom is spacious, but the shower stall is tight and the water is not at a constant temperature, you have to keep adjusting it to warmer or colder. The whole room looked as if it was already in need of renovation, and the bathroom even more so, but everything was in good working order. The room I stayed in was a connecting room (end 15) and the noise from the neighbor when using the bathroom was quite loud, nothing that constantly bothered me, but it is something to watch out for; in another room, maybe it was smaller. We didn't use the leisure area on the roof, we just visited it. It's small, and the pool is pretty cramped, but the view is beautiful. We didn't get breakfast either, so I can't comment on the food. Anyway, for the amount I paid and to spend just one night, it was a good option, without luxuries. For a longer stay, perhaps a better room would do, or another hotel.

Positive Great Location, you are relatively close to everything in walking distance. There is a pharmacy next door, as well as a bakery that has outstanding quality. The rooms are clean and spacious. One of the big pros for me is that there are no carpets, which is a big plus. It avoids any unpleasant smells. Negative Unfortunately, there are a lot more negative comments rather than positive ones. My family and I usually stay at the Grand Hyatt, but due to Covid-19, the hotel was temporarily closed. We were left with no other option but to give this hotel a try. I want to emphasize that this hotel has the potential to be a 4 or 5-star hotel if adjustments are made. Nonetheless, this hotel should be a 3 star. On the first day of arrival, we had wifi. However, on the 2 day of our stay, we no longer had wifi. We contacted the reception desk, and the girls in counter said they were having issues with their wifi due to their guest capacity?!?!?!?!?!?! really? This is a hotel that shouldn't even be an issue. We are in 2020 in 2020 even McDonalds has a reliable WIFI however, Windsor Marapendi did not. After a few days the ”Partial Wifi” was back up, I mean partial because the wifi was only available in the lobby. Just writing this review baffles me with their lack of proper and basic preparation and administration. Wifi was not available during our entire 9-day stay. We stayed on the 13th floor, and again I repeat no wifi in the room. I had to go down to the lobby so I could log in to my laptop to work. How inconvenient and above all this, not one apology and acknowledgment of their lack of proper planning from the hotel, and they didn't even move a finger to make matters right with this nuisance. There was a lack of responsibility and care from the hotel. All they would say is that they are working on it. The hotel charges for the use of an adapter. It's 50 real. Although it's nothing if you convert it to USD, all hotels allow you to borrow an adapter if needed. Especially one that has no wifi. (forgive me, but I can't get over this wifi issue) Breakfast is free, which is a nice thing (especially for a hotel with no wifi), but it's mediocre, your best off going out for breakfast you will have a much better experience. Blowdryer is obsolete. Suppose you want to dry your hair, good luck. Bring your blowdryer. In my case, I had to go out and buy one during my stay. The Reception desk crew needs a complete revamp on professionalism and Customer Service. If you are trying to be a high-end hotel ( Which this hotel is not), Customer service is everything you guest needs to feel welcomed and feel like their needs is cared for regardless of how little or big their needs are. Windsor Marapendi, you have great potential if the criticism is taken and executed for them not to happen again in the future with other guests. You need major improvement. The hotel is awesome, it is the best hotel in the area, the swimming pool is beautiful, the beach is outside, the room is comfortable and clean, very high-end, the breakfast is a little less

The hotel is very well located, super beautiful, extremely pleasant, the terrace always has events at night, so it already gives a sightseeing to start the walk. When I hosted the bathroom had a problem with water and only was available hot water, and I thought the air-conditioning could be individualized by each room and not through tubing.
