Google WERE WELST! ⛔️ When the receptionist arrived, he didn't know where my reservation was and he didn't even care about making me feel welcome, overwhelmingly, this feeling of ”NOT WELCOME” followed me all the time; ⛔️ Entering into the room (that is ok) we saw the bath window is turned pro corridor, that is, all that vc do in the bath will be heard in the hall of the hotel; ⛔️ After a while vc discovers that the soap must be requested at the reception and ... SURPRISE ! It's a Lux that the guy delivers in his hand; ⛔️ They said he would accept animals, but when he arrived there, I heard from the receptionist that he couldn't hit (Ah, yes, accept dog but look ... must be mud.) ; ⛔️ Has an old man, who seems to be the owner, the guy looked at me all the time; ⛔️ The bathroom screw was rushing but with half a day stay the weather was so bad that I didn't even complain; ⛔️ With the accumulation of uncomfortable situations I lost the will to ask anything, hey q the hygienic paper, which was already little, was over and I didn't ask another so irritated that I was already; ⛔️ I reserved to arrive Friday and leave on Sunday, Sunday morning I went pro breakfast (WHAT IS SLAKE) I stayed at the door waiting to enter because the door was closed, shortly waiting for me to feel a blew shouting for food, one of the guests who was inside felt compassionate and came to the door to explain that because of the pandemic, he had a maximum number of People inside (which is great), but no official came to explain it and make me feel good, finally I gave up and went to take breakfast in the bakery (where I was very well treated); ⛔️ I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE NOT FOR HUND, Even PQ was clear that I'm not PET Frendly!

The hostel is very good, I went with my wife to celebrate our first year of wedding, all staff are excellent, very educated and careful. The breakfast was very tasteful, the rooms were clean, the hot shower, the air conditioning frozen that was a beauty, the TV was almost not watched, but we looked at it. The swimming pool was very good, we liked it very much. The hostel is very well located, it has everything near it gives to walk, for me I like to walk, no problem with it. The hotel is a very good restaurant, a restaurant, a market, a church, a lot of good things. For anyone who likes to drink a beer, you can buy in the market and take to the room, put in the fridge and then just taste. You can take a hot bag and get down with your beer to the pool or even take to the beach, nearby you have a Bruno Deposit, which sells everything, including GELO. I bought my beer on the market, because it is much cheaper and then I only bought ice, it is to get a savings. It also has the Beach of Remanso, which is very legal, because there are several attractions, like a trail, which vc access the beach and takes beautiful pictures on the stones, it has the Balea Square, it has the Tacoland, The first time we were going to visit the Iriri Lagoa and the local arts. It has also other beaches, which are more accessible for those who have cars. To finish, we stay in room 8, we find it excellent, because it has a view of the pool, taken out and is very close to the area where breakfast is served, recommend.

The room was very nice, clean, comfortable bed, clean and good quality towels. Air and TV worked well. Small fridge but that met the needs. The worst problem in the room was the shower that, as seen in other evaluations, has no pressure. The reception claimed that the site is served by well water and that guests should thank for having water missing in other hostels. Destacate the good service of the staff, especially for the receptionist Clarissa.
