O quarto precisa de uma renovação. Parece ser antigo e reformado. A qualidade do Wi-Fi é razoável. Um grande ponto positivo é a vista da praia no café da manhã.

ar condicionado ruím, antigo e mal posicionado muito próximo da cama com ventilação mal direcionada, o que me deixou gripado. Restaurante com preços altos e ingredientes de má qualidade (carne dura e de baixa qualidade). Solicitei 2 pratos, preço médio próximo de R$ 100,00, um no jantar e outro no almoço. A picanha era dura e longe de ser de fato picanha (não era picanha). O filé mignon foi o pior que já tive acesso, parece mais carne de fígado. Sinceramente, o restaurante precisa rever urgente a qualidade dos ingredientes e o nível dos pratos.

Good location.
Great location, helpful staff. Slight delay on check in as room wasn’t ready. Room needed some maintenance but was comfortable and well equipped. Lots of good restaurants close by.

Location, safe, dinning options.
The Hotel Buffet breakfast it's very good,specially the fruit and pastries and the Service specially Heve.
Our maid Josimara was as good and bubbly as they come.
The Reception crew was great starting with Jose.
We were two couples,we spent three weeks in February 2025.
Thanks to everybody at the Comfort Suites Macae !!!!!!
