Premier Inn Manchester Airport (M56/J6) Runger Lane North

Actually this hotel was just soso, and I didn’t recommend to live in this hotel, but it was convenient to go to the airport

Room is clean, no frill set up is good for environment. Just provide what we need for a short stay. Restaurant staff efficient, check-in fast. But wish the receptionist told us there will be charge of £4.5 per person for but to airport. We didn't know until we got off bus at terminal and driver asked us to pay

Was my first time at Premier Inn and i was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Since there are two hotels on site, I wasn’t sure which ones i was to be in so my Uber driver had to wait while i went inside the hotel. I walked right past the reception desk ( easy to miss bc its so small) and went to kiosk but wasn’t being successfully with it. So teh employee at teh reception desk came over and asked if her could help and checked me in in a heartbeat, allowing me to dismiss the Uber driver. Then the same employee not only helped me with my luggage, but took it up in the elevator for me, and the whole time he explained the amenities of the hotel. Once we reached my room, he continued to show me how the key and electricity works, etc. He also arranged for my airport shuttle in the morning. I’m sorry I can’t remember his name but he was excellent on customer service!!! The room was large and clean as was the bathroom. The TV automatically turned itself on and I had a hard time finding how to turn it off- no instructions or remote, etc. Although I didn’t use the coffee supplies, the fact that you had liquid milk/creamer for the coffee was a pleasant surprise. My only complaint was that the bed was too soft and the pillows too hard. I also could have I used a blanket and top sheet but turned on the heat instead to be comfortable. I did not use the restaurant or order any room service.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing us with an extension for free and a complementary drink for a special celebration... I was frankly overwhelmed as was not necessary but was heartfelt, thank you Jan. Comfy stay

Stayed here on Friday 17th May and mentioned to staff member helping us to check in (think his name was Jan on his badge) if the room was overlooking the runway as I love to watch planes. He checked and said no it wasn’t and had a look to see if there were any rooms on the airport side which there were so moved us to that one. He is a really nice man and said if he could make our stay better then he would. The only minor problem was the toilet didn’t seem to flush very well but I didn’t want to move rooms and lose the airport view so put up with it. I would stay here again.

Great service and food in restaurant . Thanks to Sharon for wonderful experience to start our holiday . Closeness to airport also excellent . Rooms very comfortable . Only problem was elevators not working and no assistance to get bags up to floor five !

Good clean and quiet rooms. Buffet breakfast was good with hot fresh food and runny eggs with delicious pastries hot and fresh straight from the oven. A staff member by the name of Lorraine was brilliant, nothing was too much to ask and she was polite and professional.
