A hotel with a great location and spectacular views. It's a bit old, but still charming and well-maintained.

Very clean, with very attentive, friendly, and helpful staff. The breakfast was top-quality. Very close to the center and bars and restaurants if you want to go out for a few drinks, with spectacular views of the estuary. The only downside is that the furniture is a bit dated, the mattresses and pillows aren't the most comfortable, and some rooms smelled a bit of stale tobacco... but it's a hotel I would recommend if you're visiting Ribadeo!

Sold a sea view room at check-in, moved into room, unpackers and then had to leave to attend to an issue with my car. When I later returned I saw that most of the glazing units had lost their seals and the internal surface was covered in condensation - no sea view through these windows. Asked for my €20 upgrade refund but this was denied. Instead, I had to repack my luggage move to a different room on another floor and un-pack again. Waste of my effort and not what I wanted!

There was little to please visitors except maybe the view from the rooms. The decor is old and dark but without character found in other Paradors.

furniture and rooms appear old fashioned. The carpets in the corridors give you a feeling of uncleanliness. The door handle for the bathroom was loose and was only fixed provisionally. The toilet seat was loose. We were in a superior room, however, it did not feel superior and makes you wonder what the standard rooms would look like.
