Well what can I say apart from impressive a huge hotel with all the trimmings. The staff are very friendly and attentive nothing is to much trouble branded drinks not your local stuff. Great choice of food every day 3 different themed restaurants to book. Lots of pool rooms to book or just a standard room with access to a large pool to jump into. No fighting for the sun beds as plenty to go around we had a fab week

Probably the most beautiful hotel of all.. I stayed at this hotel for only 5 nights and felt I had to stay another five days at least, but let's take it in order, The first night we came we felt a little nervous, we didn't know if our finances were put in the right hotel, my little daughter was allergic to gluten and it was the first time I saw a man paying so much attention to our table in the à la carte moonlight, A big thank you Konstantine for your welcome and for your pleasant return, ( The right man in the right place) The hotel has two themed barbecue and Italian and burger restaurant all with reservations. It has free wines , of course he also has a paid card, There round in the area you will definitely not get bored has many villages to visit, thanks Mr. There round in the area you will definitely not get bored has many villages to visit, thank you Mr. Ilia And Mr. Christo... I will definitely come back for professional reasons and I will definitely stay again but five nights we will see you again in September. Thank you very much Konstantine ✋❤️

Best massage ever, Teodor was very knowledgable and made me feel at ease and relaxed at all times, would def recommend! I had the full body massage as I have issues with my legs, he definitely targeted this area and worked hard to ease the tension.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Went with my wife and 6yr old daughter for October half term. Every element of the hotel was great, staff cleanliness, location right on a beautiful pebble beach with beach bar/snack bar just set back from the loungers. The beach itself was great for snorkelling too. Saw many fish, including a few special ones. Including a puffer, a young moray eel and grouper. Also a couple of people had spotted a lion fish out by a rock 10meters out. Water Sparta can also be accessed from the beach and a couple of boat tours to Lindos which pick up straight from the beach. There’s not many other places nearby to go to apart from a couple of bars/restaurants over the road but you won’t really need to leave unless like me you want to catch the footie/rugby. Then it’s just 2 minutes to a bar that has the sport on. Also a couple of shops there with lower prices than the on site shop. Food was great every day and plentiful. Various theme nights through the week and always found food for our fussy 6yr old daughter. The wine was always flowing with very attentive table service. The staff especially the porter who showed us to our room and was helpful in directing me to places locally. All bar staff were pleasant even when things got busy. The entertainment team…. Well they were amazing. The first night I thought let’s avoid the shows as other hotels tend to have rubbish shows.. well I’m soo sorry I did as the second night we gave it a try for our daughter and we all where laughing the whole night. Something for all ages after the mini disco. So glad we were there for the last week before the animation team went home for the winter. They are a credit to the hotel!! We really could not fault anything! I even found myself trying to think of areas than could be improved and really did struggle. The only thing minor negative was the difficulty we found getting into any of the A la carte restaurants that we were allowed to book for no additional charge but all where fully booked on arrival. We did manage to get into the beach bbq which was an extra charge but well worth it! Just go very very hungry!! As there is soo much meat you will want to devour! Thank you to the staff/hotel for such an amazing holiday. We hope to return again this year pocket money permitting.

The hotel was lovely, the staff were great and the kids’ club was brilliant - our little boy loved it in there & the kids’ disco was so cute too! Thank you all :) big thanks to Chiara & the team! Gave it 4 stars as the restaurant options for the evenings were a bit disappointing- the buffet & snack bars were brilliant though!

Our overall stay at the hotel was very good. A few good points: All staff were very friendly. Receptionists were so helpful and the Royal Main Bar staff were always friendly. Medallion Restaurant was exceptional. All drinks were excellent. Cleaners were lovely and our room was cleaned everyday. Evening entertainment was very funny. A few cons: We were not told check out time (12:00) at any point during booking, checking in, during the stay. This meant on our last day, we did not have a room for 7 hours. We were given the Spa shower as compensation, which didn't feel sufficient. The hotel is full of Brits, so beware. Sun loungers by the pool were taken very early. At times, the entertainment staff can be pushy. The pool is the same depth all around, which would have been helpful to know.

We have recently returned from Princess Andriana, which was our first family holiday after a very long two years since being away. Overall my family had a nice break but I will outline why I don’t believe this is a true 5*. We had a rocky start due to delayed flight instead of 3.20 we eventually took off after 4.30 ish then a very long delay getting through passport control at Rhodes airport followed by an incredibly long delay waiting for our luggage which all seemed to come off separate conveyor belts! It was a car crash and lots of stressed tired people children and families- Then it was a bit of a stress trying to find Jet 2 reps to help locate our transfer. Then 1.15 drive to the hotel- this the meant we check in well after 1.30 am when it should have been 10.30 on the evening not ideal with 2 children. Once checked in and to our room we were please with the family room with sharing pool which I had paid extra for months prior directly with the hotel. Our first morning we made our way to the shared breakfast buffet at Medallion which was big lots of sitting on and outside but wow was it busy. Lots of options fresh fruits and Greek yoghurt were my daily choice. At lunch time we a were keen to check out the Beach so wandered there unfortunately we missed where the underpass is for easy access and ended up on the road on the dusty stifling heat - the wind was strong and waves looked rough so we sat down and the beach which was pretty filthy I think black soot from the previous years fires have clung to the area and beach stones where the sea doesn’t get to it to wash it away. The coral beach bar was the worst part of this resort every where we looked tables and chaires were filthy the food was terrible and you had to queue for everything with two children this did not feel like the well deserved break I was looking for. Once I got the children sorted with food I then had to queue again at the bar for drinks and the offering was poor with rude service .. wine out of a tap ?? When I asked for ice the server threw it in my drink so hard it splashed up and all over me.5*? We quickly abandoned the beach and opted to go back to our room which was a welcomed quiet break from the busy resort the children loved the pool but the pool was 1.4 meters at the room and the main pool was 1.5 meaning our children could not touch the floor- again not very relaxing I had to constantly watch them or be with them in the water even though they are good swimmers. I can’t remember reading that anywhere nor that there was no table service apart from when you go to Medallion for lunch and this is where we met some lovely friendly staff namely- Marijeta and Ramis ! 🥰 they were very attentive and lovely with my children. This is where I’ve getting your food you could have a nice bottle of local wine . You could not then however take your wine from here and back to your room - on the mini bar there were soft drinks and two beers so if you drink wine then this isn’t
