We spent a very nice holiday in Faliraki Beach! The staff was awesome with professionalism and kindness. They even arrange a perfect last minute transfer with baby seats for us. Everything is very clean, the food delicious, also the cocktails. I recommand!

Our 9th time to this wonderful hotel everything you need in one spot beautiful beach, a la cartes amazing, staff can not do enough for you the wonderful desponia, nevela, Matilda, mykalis at the beach bar attend to your every need, the beach hut with fruit platter and Prosecco amazing, the sun loungers are so comfortable near the pool, the restaurant manager very accommodating all in all a wonderful place to holiday we will see you in September

The experience in this hotel was beyond our expectations. We had such a great time with our 6 year old. There are plenty of options for kids like different kinds of watersides, a lovely playground and a kids club with lots of activities to enjoy. The room was lovely and the beds extremely comfortable. A bit more closet space would have been nice but we managed. The main restaurant offered a great variety of delicious food. There was a good deal of options for kids, as well as vegan and vegetarian meals. Additionally you had the chance to book a table in one of their 6 tasty speciality restaurants. Last but not least I need to mention the staff. In every area they were on top of their game and extremely friendly and helpful. The service in the restaurant was capable, kind, attentive and super organized. You are welcomed with a lovely smile from hostess Christina, then Christos, Nevila and Dimitri will take care of your well being and will make your stay in the restaurant a memorable experience. We had so much fun - Thank you for everything, we will be back.

Lovely hotel, rooms are clean and mini fridge is restocked daily. Food is good, even from the main buffet restaurant. Good drinks and all staff are good, and friendly. Pool bar staff are lovely, friendly and welcoming, great service always!

We stayed at Mitsis Faliraki for 7 nights and we are sooo impressed! The stuff it's absolutely amazing!So kind and always ready to help. Lovely entertainment for kids and adults.The food was delicious!If you want to have a great time Mitsis Faliraki it's your place!Special thanks to Anna,Lela(front desk),George(main restaurant),Vanya(Houskeeping) and Georgia(she is the pancakes master).Thank you guys for the best service ever. Just arrived home to the UK this morning after a 5 night stay - previous reviews was all very good so I didn’t have any concerns when booking this hotel. I really didn’t want to have to leave this review and leave a 2* but I wanted to leave my honest opinion. I don’t know how this hotel is a 5* hotel, the food is shocking, cold food and same thing was out for lunch and evening meals, was struggling to find anything that we liked to eat, even in the al cart restaurants. the food was cold in the main restaurant so we thought we would go soon as the restaurant opened but when we did this the chips was all still just luke warm, there was not a great choice of food there, even the ‘kids corner’ didn’t cater very well for children was no chicken nuggets or burgers or nothing was just cold chips and hard pizza - according to the hotel website there is 24hour all inclusive food, this was not the case, there was a pizza snack bar what opened in the afternoon for about 2 hours and only served 2 different kinds of pizza, there was no snack bar like previous hotels what we’ve stayed in have had snack bars providing pizzas, chips, burgers etc, this hotel didn’t have any of this. The food was just such a let down for the hotel so I don’t see how it is a 5* - the hotel itself is clean & the staff all are lovely and work very hard there. Over all we was glad we only stayed for 5 nights as the food was a massive let down.

Honeymoon get away with all the trimmings! Excellent reception from Hannah and Niko with Prosecco welcome and beautiful arrangement’s of goodies and Prosecco in our room! This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Staff could not do enough for us. Resident photographer took amazing pics on beach and grounds. The food in the restaurants is top quality. Stavros and the team, Ellfrie, Matthew and Katrina were some of the friendliest waiting staff with good food recommendations and far too many others to mention! Entertainment great, beach access and close to bars and restaurants. Day trip to Lindos and there’s available and worth the trip! Definitely would return and recommend this hotel looking at reviews! I would give it more than 5 if this was an option.

Just returned from this wonderful hotel after an amazing week away for my husbands 60th birthday. I have never written a review before but the hotel staff in particular were so friendly helpful and happy it helped to make our holiday so much nicer. Couldn’t fault anything from the food to the cocktails and the place is spotless. The entertainment at night was a very good standard although you will never appeal to everyone. Would definitely recommend the a la carte restaurant but you would benefit from booking on the app before you arrive. Comfy mattresses and pillows in the room and the best sun loungers we’ve ever had. Thanks to all the staff who made our holiday one of the nicest we have had. We will be back
