I booked through TUI Heroes to stay for 10 nights 29th August - 08th September, I am only just writing this due to how much we enjoyed this stay and would have to write, I am still in a day dream at how amazing the trip was. The hotel is modern, the staff can not do enough for you, the food is as you would expect from a five star with something different to eat daily. We arrive late due to the air traffic control problems, around 2 A.M. Upon arrival at the hotel we was greeted at reception by a gentleman, he was very friendly and helpful and offered to take our cases to our room. We were given drinks and told we had a cold plate waiting in our room. Walking through an unbelievable reception the gentleman directed us to the check in area which was quick and we was then shown to our room on the ground floor. First impressions of the room were unbelievable, we stayed in a deluxe swim up room with ocean view, which offered surreal views. It was very clean, modern, very comfortable bed which felt like clouds, a large flat screen TV and a walk out sun-bathing section with a large swim up pool (shared with 4/5 other swim up rooms). The room also had a his and her sink with more than enough space for us both to get ready. The shower itself was very powerful which never goes a miss, there was a large rain shower head and a standard shower head. A fully stocked mini fridge topped up daily with Mythos beer, selection of wines, Coke, Lemon Fanta, Sprite and water (also crisp and Haribo). There is plenty of storage space in the rooms, multiple wardrobes, draws and a safe. The cleaner who visited our room daily was very friendly and sweet, made sure we always had what we needed, we also had a turn down service to turn back our bed and put slippers out for us. The hotel itself had three al-a-carte restaurants and a main buffet the later of which opened for morning, lunch and dinner. There was also a pool bar and pool sider lunch time buffet. A section by the pools has a row of multiple shops all of which included in the all inclusive package, they included a coffee shop serving Douwe Egberts, a patisserie shop serving crepes and ice cream etc, a health food store and a street food store serving burgers etc. Our favourite restaurant was Wasabi a five star oriental dining experience with a champagne bar attached with someone playing grande piano daily. The main buffet was also really nice with different themed nights, our favourite of course the Greek themed night. During breakfast the main buffet served an American style breakfast which we thought was exceptional. The Italian restaurant 'Al Dente' was good however, it only served pizzas at lunch time and not in the evenings when it mainly served seafood, that we did not understand as that was the best bit of the Italian.. The al-a-carte greek restaurant Thymari served very good greek food however, the menu was quite small and missing Hummus which the main buffet served during Greek night. The a-la-carte eate
