1. The view outside the window of the basic room I booked was like a prison cell. The front desk was very arrogant and said that the basic rooms all had this view. If you want to change rooms, you can only upgrade, which costs 10,000 isk per night. Also consider your budget carefully before making a decision.
2. The hotel has no parking lot, so you have to find a parking space yourself. The road at the entrance was blocked, so you had to walk a distance with a bunch of luggage to check in.
