Lo visitamos por un evento familiar - esta frente al aeropuerto lejos del centro pero nuestra elección se baso en que es el mas nuevo de la ciudad. PROS = Lobby grande con esculturas y asientos cómodos grandes ventanales. 2 ascensores, parking exterior techado. Desayuno con amplio horario de 7-11 hs, variado. Habitaciones enormes en nuestro caso con dos Queen y en el de nuestra hija y familia una cómoda cama y dos cunas plegables solicitadas. Colchones cómodos - Baño amplio excelente ducha y provisión de champú y acondicionador en dispensers muy cómodos y prácticos adosados a la pared lo que no siempre es así. La habitación estaba limpia y la vista era a la piscina y su agradable patio - Hay gimnasio lo considero adecuado - La limpieza de la habitación bien - El personal del lobby y el bar es en general atento CONTRAS = Algún personal de recepcion es limitado, no vimos en todos una adecuada vestimenta ni aspecto personal acordes a un 4* como se lo identifica. El desayuno es variado pro el café es olvidable definitivamente - tazas pequeñas incomodas - queso untable en un bowl pequeño y ya manoseado por la gente con restos de migas de pan etc lo que indica que se lo sirven posiblemente con su propia cuchara - lo insólito y absolutamente irresponsable es encontrar en el piso del desayunador y bar en el medio de un pasillo un toma corriente con enchufes que esta SOBRESALIDO del nivel del piso lo que es un peligro para quien no lo ve o para niños corriendo por ese pasillo : no resiste ninguna inspección adecuada este hecho. Las almohadas son OLVIDABLES , anacrónicas, finas, super incomodas. Durante toda la estadía de casi tres días la alfombra de nuestro pasillo en el tercer piso estuvo SUCIA plagada de trozos de papel o plástico y hasta MANIES??? No se entiende que no todo ese tiempo no la hayan aspirado. Algunos detalles de muebles, asientos del lobby y areas de alfombras se ven deterioradas. Todo una pena porque la estructura esta bien - El costo de las habitaciones llega los U$100 por día. Como dije es una pena le pondría 4* pero hay detalles que no confirman esa denominación.
