Quiet location. Carpet is old. Plenty of parking but still charge $7.00 outdoor lot parking. Only one receptionist, l waited 30 minutes just to check in. Small gym. No swimming pool. Price doesn’t include breakfast.

The location is average. There is enough parking space.
The room is clean, the mattress is comfortable, you must bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, shower supplies, and towels. There is a gap between the cost of the room and the personal hygiene products provided.

Stayed for 5 nights—finally serviced room on the fourth day. I had to empty my own trash at the elevator trash can.

We always stay at this hotel when we visit Renton. It’s very convenient for everything we need to do and go to, airport, family, shopping etc.The breakfast staff are efficient and friendly. Breakfast is easy and delicious! It’s our go to hotel.

They made our late check in very easy. The room was big and clean - very nice.
The breakfast options we felt were a bit pricey so we opted to find a breakfast spot elsewhere, which we weren’t really planning to do. I don’t think we read the fine print and we were not told or reminded of the extra. It was not a big deal, just a little disappointing

Quiet and secluded, which I loved! Check-in host was super friendly and very welcoming. Appreciate her service. The rooms could use some upgrades, but other than that, nice property.
