First of all when booking the room through trip advisor, they made it convenient by having an option box for requests like near elevator or away from, corner room or no corner room etc. And you could type in any other requests no guarantee but it was an option and my requests were met. We got a room on the 17th floor Tuscany king size bed with jacuzzi tub it also had a walk in shower with dual shower heads and privalte restroom with a phone. Dual sinks with a small t.v. next to the sinks. Some rooms have a Peleton mirror t.v. This was the best place ive ever stayed at. Everything about it truly magnificent. Room service was good spaghetti and meatballs was delicious. Pastries were also delicious they make a better frappe than Starbucks chicken salad and ham sandwich was also great. Customer service was exceptional staff was friendly and competent attentive and made sure youre needs were met. We needed an HDMI cord called the front desk they connected us to tech and they brought it right up. The room wad so beautiful sheets felt smelled and just looked so crisp fresh and clean. They really paid attention to detail when building/ designing this place they had everything you could need or want. And the machines payed out. Drink servers were always checking on you and actually came right back with youre drinks. I could go on and on about how great this place is but you really won't believe how perfect everything was in my opinion until you experience yourself. So beautiful everything about it wad grand. Even the garbage cans were beautiful.

I canceled it, provided proof that I canceled it, and I still got charged for it. Ridiculous. Will not engage with this entity again. I had a stay at the start of my week and it was great. I canceled my return visit as my travel plans changed, canceled in time, have a cancelation confirmation, and the hotel did not honor it. Unethical and wrong.

I had some noise issues from ventilation otherwise everything was ok.

Swimming pool

Everything were good but I was a bit disappointed with the size of the room. We got the 2x King room suite, the room space was too small as a suite, it's just like the size of a regular hotel room but the bathroom's very spacious. Very clean carpet and jacuzzi tub. Toiletries are not good quality, bring your own.

This is my third time staying here. I have been in the North Wing, West Wing and the Peppermill Tower. Staff are always helpful and I'm really a guest there for the Spa Toscana, which is first rate. I have never spent time on the **************. I recently ate at Romanza and was quite impressed with the level of service and quality of food. If you can find a good deal on the web to stay here, grab it. Even if its in the West or North Wings, which are bit far from the amenities, but more reasonably priced. The outdoor pools are also really excellent.

Amazing Shower, three shower heads and a steamer. Comfy bed. The pillows were a bit too big, but otherwise was good stay.

Great room. Easy parking. Wonderful food at Oceania too. A little complicated getting from north tower room to ****** floor
