Coincidentally, our family stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou West Lake during Christmas and spent two very pleasant days. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the enthusiastic staff greeted us with a smile, checked in quickly, and introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding attractions attentively, leaving our family with an excellent first impression. We stayed in the East Wing. Although the hotel has been built for more than ten years, the overall feeling is that the room is spacious, bright, clean and warm, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and every detail shows quality. Pulling open the curtains, the natural scenery of the private lake is in full view, with a sense of one window and one view. The hotel's dining is a highlight. The breakfast is rich in variety, with fresh fruits and exquisite pastries, which meet the different tastes of the whole family. Although there are relatively few Chinese dishes, you can order some of the snacks sent by Jinsha. I have eaten them all. The ones that impressed me better are egg white rolls, Indonesian vegetable fried rice, and soup dumplings. Lunch was chosen at Jinsha Hall. It is indeed the best restaurant in Hangzhou. This meal is the most satisfying meal in Hangzhou. Recommended dishes are conch soup, crispy chicken, spicy chicken Boston lobster. The others are also very good, but it depends on personal taste. During Christmas, the hotel's activities were wonderful. The lobby was beautifully decorated, and the flashing colored lights created a strong festive atmosphere. The hotel also carefully prepared Christmas gifts, Christmas handicrafts and other activities for the children, and our family had a lot of fun. What touched us most was the hotel's service. The staff always responded to our needs in a timely manner, and they responded to our requests and answered our questions. I was very satisfied. It was my first time staying at Four Seasons and I had a good impression. Complaints: 1. The toilet on the second floor of the east wing is not a smart toilet. It is really cold to sit on it. Other hardware facilities can keep up. This old-fashioned toilet is really a flaw. 2. Aesthetic deviation, the Chinese Christmas tree outside the lobby is really * to the extreme. I may lack aesthetic sense, but I really can't help but complain. 3. I went to the swimming pool at 6 o'clock in the morning, and there were at least seven or eight large pieces of dandruff in it.
