At the time of checkout, due to the delay of the UnionPay card pre-authorization, the friend could not confirm the payment. The friend changed to the VISA card and the 2 rooms were deducted for 3 times. We went to the bank credit card center to confirm that 3 117.94 knives (1 room rate) were deducted. The hotel clerk did not admit that he only deducted 2 117.94 knives and only provided bills for 2 rooms. If we disagree, we can only wait until 5-7 working days after the hotel clears the account.
