前台的服務很貼心，會提前打電話問詢我們是如何出行的，我們是出來旅遊，提前訂了房，在遵義高鐵下車，出發之前做了攻略，因為前台的一通電話，告知我們路線、怎麼乘坐、坐什麼車、大概多久，真的給我們省了很多事情，還給了一個號碼讓我們提前聯繫司機師傅，包括到了仁懷入住酒店後出去怎麼搭車、離目的地有多遠之類的，在微信上都很詳細的解答，太貼心了，這個事情應該是很少有其他酒店能做到的，起碼我們出來旅遊那麼多次，沒遇到過，這是第一次。

大堂的冷氣很足，外面温度高、悶熱，進來到大堂就覺得很涼爽，煩躁瞬間被空調的涼氣撫平。前台服務特別好，還沒辦理入住酒店，剛進來坐下就倒了兩杯茶過來，小妹妹説話也是甜甜的，跟她們交流心情會很好。房間安靜、舒適、通風透氣，住得很舒服，酒店還有停車場，從後門就可以進來大堂。

住了好幾次高級大床房，這次終於住到了，508是落地窗的房型～好像衹有這一間高級大床房是落地窗，可搶手了。雖然靠馬路，但是完全沒有噪音的煩惱，把窗户一關，安靜得很～開心開心～

在網上預訂的這個酒店性價比蠻高的，到店以後前台很熱情的 服務態度也很好，會細心的介紹周邊 去茅台鎮交通工具 還有周邊公園好吃的好玩的 特別是 花花小妹 服務好 房間也大 走廊地毯乾淨 機器人送東西很智能 早餐也健康 下次過來選擇自駕遊 推薦體驗

之前同事過來出差，提到這家酒店的住宿環境和位置特別好，服務和衞生也特別棒，這次輪到我出差仁懷，直接就選擇了這家怡程。酒店的地理位置臨近市政府，周邊交通便捷，酒店左邊是國貿中心，右邊是時代廣場、方圓薈，後面是市政府，周邊的配套設施也相當完善，各種日常需求。

對噪音敏感，前台安排靠小區的房間，真的很安靜，本來靠小區裏面就比馬路的房間安靜，關上窗更是一點聲音都沒有，一整晚安靜入睡，非常滿意。服務態度也好好，很有禮貌。

酒店的機器人有點可愛呢。我是自己一個人出來旅遊，對房間大小無所謂，住得舒適自在就好。酒店環境可以，在市中心，去哪裡都方便，離茅台鎮也不遠，前台給我介紹的時候説是從這裏去茅台鎮就8公里左右，搭個出租車就十幾塊錢，周邊吃東西也方便。房間衞生不錯，還是雙層玻璃，隔音，影音房大小對於我來説合適了。
