Lemon Tree Hotel, Dapoli

Known as Lemon Tree Dapoli now. Good property , good rooms , lovely view from deluxe king rooms and decent food. Good service. Beach is about 3 km from here . Good weekend trip from pune. No complaints. Post rebranding no complains . Will definitely visit again.

I want to say that everything was good, ambience was really amazing , food was yummiest 😍 nd room service was also good but there are some complaints which I really want to mention, we were in restaurant so I asked the guy that we r not comfortable can we sit outside he was so so rude that no if you want to sit you can sit otherwise you can have food in your room... I told him you can be polite so he replied "mein ese hi baat krta hu" I asked his name but he went outside , I asked other member what was his name ,they replied "yashpal" nd he is our senior... I was totally shocked!!! Senior behaviour like this is really horrible!!!so anyone is reading this pls told Mr Yashpal to be polite with guests , have some ***ners!! First learn how to talk to your coustomer Thankyou 🙏

Amazing experience fill like we are on different earth Resort is on top hill so veiw from room is amazing you can see Suvarna fort and Harne Bandar from room with Blue ocean. Staff is very courteous and egar to serve you. We had very good Breakfast at there top floor restuarant with Sea view. They have Outdoor Swimming pool with view of lush greenery and sea neat and clean pool we enjoyed lots. Thank you all for your excellent hospitality and special thanks to Mr Jugal who made our stay comfortable starting from our check in to check out. Will visit again in Diwali.

The property is located at such such amazing hilltop, were one can see the beautiful Arabian sea all day *****... mesmerizing place...about the property simply superb and very well maintained rooms on par with 5 star rooms, the linen washrooms etc are so so clean...the staff right from reception to housekeeping and everyone is smiling and very warm...owner of the property Mr Rahul is a gem...I wish all the best ..i will visit again for sure

Good location hotel is located in Nature of the Sea. Room has sea view and top floor restaurant you can sea Suvarna Ford and fish market overall stay was good. Neat and cleaned rooms good food all staff are very humble and cooperative.

This has been one of the worst experiences I had with any RESORT. The ***agement keeps telling that the property is under renovation, which they think is an easy ticket for giving sub standard, no Below Standard services. The mattresses provided were stained, the pillows downright filthy and the furniture left to rot without bothering to clean it. Their so called sea view roof top bar is a joke, which feels like a make shift restaurant made to just accomodate a few chairs and tables. The hygiene is the worst... I even saw a spider loitering on the plates which were supposed to be used for eating... There were kids all around and this is the hygiene being maintained... Our room's air conditioning was leaking... All in all, go to any other place but here!!!!

Avoid going to this place as it is very far from beach . Food has limited options. Breakfast time is a real mess . Food quality is Bad .All games are broken and in bad condition .We wanted to be out of this place in one day .Swimming pool is full of Drunkards and ***agement has no control on this .

As the name suggest, said property is Exotic and in first glance anyone will get amazed after tiring journey from Mumbai/Pune (thanks to the road conditions). As soon as you settle down and explore property and other services, experience gradually turns down south. Restaurant is unique, none of their order timely. Room service for restaurant is terrible. I have booked 9 deluxe rooms for friends-family get together and in those 2N3D, I have personally experienced each and every guest was complaining on food service. Basic and staple food was served after an hour. When I spoke with few courteous staff, I am surprised to know that ***agement have kept only hotel ***agement trainees without senior/per***ent staff in premises, due to which customer experience was common on mostly all weekends. As a friendly suggestion, please plan yourself better (including recent genuine reviews) before finalising this property.

Exceptional stay is an understatement, and Mr Anand's excellant service towards recommendation's made it lot more comfortable and a great experience. Will visit again soon... with Family Thanks Santosh
