The hotel was new, but the staff seemed to be not professional enough to maintain it. We checked in after midnight, and it was very cold due to the cold wave in early Jan 2024. We booked two rooms and got one room that didn't have sealed windows. There are full-length gaps at window joints. There were no room heaters, too, it was horrible. The other room window edge was sealed with a normal cello tape. Hot water takes forever. it looks like their central boiler is not efficient. Next day when I complained, they didn't even apologize. They kind of gave some random answers and agreed to shift the room. They didn't have floor mats, extra towels etc, the reason was laundry guy didn't turn up, no apology even for this. It was shown as a 3 star kind of property but not ***aged that way. The restaurant staff are very supportive and made the stay little less horrible. This hotel is like a 3 star but ***agement is not efficient. Lot of improvement needed.
