The hotel is a clean and spacious room. I spent four nights there. Only a blame: a single coffee machine for breakfast causes disturbances when it is off (Monday morning) and waiting for the other days. One second would be welcome. The room was clean and tidy, but it was quiet, but the facilities were much less than domestic hotels (mostly in foreign hotels), the only thing that satisfied me was the water heater. The hotel is on the mountain. If you want to exercise, you can walk. Google Maps is trustworthy. Sometimes the road you are looking for is too remote. There is a 7 bus stop not far from the hotel, a total of 4 stops, the end point is near the Orsay Railway Station, it is convenient, but the late bus is only around 7:30. Breakfast needs extra extra, 12 euros a day, the taste is OK, hot cocoa is quite good.

The first thing you notice is how big and well kept the place is. Upon entering you realise it is modern and extremely welcoming. The staff are very friendly and helpful the place is clean and well kept. The person that made my stay memorable is a man named Werner , he floats around the place and is extremely attentive to the gust needs. Every time I needed something he was around to help with a big smile. I love his energy and how he makes you feel welcomed and important , incredible service skills. Werner makes an ideal ambassador for the Brand and I will definitely be using Novotel again.

Located at less than 500 metres walking from the entrance of the Palace of Versailles, and with a nice selection of restaurants just around the corner, this hotel could not be better located. In addition to its central location, the hotel is also in a quiet street. The room I stayed in was fairly small, but more than enough for my needs. The bathroom was well arranged, be it that the opening to get in and out of the shower was a bit on the narrow side. The bed was very comfortable and ideal for resting after a day long of exploring the Versailles gardens. The only thing ”missing” in the room was an air-conditioning system, but this was compensated by a sturdy ventilator fan. Breakfast was as expected and well stocked with a good selection of fruit juices. The cherry on top of the cake, however, is the staff. People at the reception were all very friendly and helpful and make their guests feel right at home. They even lent me a cable to charge my phone after I lost mine. I definitely recommend this lovely little hotel, and will stay there again the next time I visit Versailles.
