We spent a wonderful weekend at the Bora HotSpaResort. The room was very nice and spacious enough, bed in the centre with a very comfortable mattress and a selection of different pillows. Minibar was free of charge, and bathrobe as well as flipflops provided. You can access the wellness area directly from the hotel, no need to bring anything more than the bathrobe and towels that are provided by the hotel. The naturist spa - our main reason to go to this hotel - was a truly heavenly experience. It consists of a large selection of different types of saunas and a steam bath, an outdoor Japanese hot water pool, direct access to the lake to cool down, another outdoor pool, and different areas to relax. The guests were very respectful, and even on a Saturday it did not feel crowded. The wellness areas has its own restaurant with great and varied choices.

Long waiting time for checking in and checking out. You pay for everything from parking to sauna (last day). The sauna is good but definitely the price for the hotel is too high for the service you receive.

I was at the Bora HotSpa Resort from Easter Monday to Wednesday and I am very impressed with this hotel and the facility. The sauna and pool area is large and very beautiful. There is a wide range of infusions, after which you can refresh yourself in Lake Constance. My hotel room was tastefully decorated - I felt very comfortable and slept wonderfully. The hotel staff is very friendly and customer-oriented. I particularly liked the fine dinner in the Rubin restaurant: tasty dishes, good wine and attentive service. Before that, a drink in the Skylounge with a view over Lake Constance. We also recommend a walk along Lake Constance and a stroll through Radolfzell. After three days, I returned to my everyday life extremely satisfied and strengthened!

Modern hotel, friendly staff and good wellness area. Hopefully the construction site will be gone soon and more bath towels should be offered urgently. Despite paying extra for our child, no extra bath towel or bathrobe was provided.

The staff at the hotel is great. Very friendly and professional. We had booked a junior suite (room 406). The room was a bit small for a suite but clean. The beds and pillows are good. The cleaning lady was nice and very thorough. The minibar offers free drinks and was always refilled. Well, the bathroom is more or less directly in the room, which is trendy at the moment, you have to like that. That's OK. At least the toilet and shower are behind a separate door. The dinner in the restaurant is very good and our waitress (Vanessa) was super nice. A big compliment. In summary, I can't complain about the hotel itself, on the contrary. Let's come to the downside: the spa. Oh, wow. I see major hygiene problems, but the problem of the red-yellow inspectors (or sauna block attendants) seems to be reserved loungers and cell phone use. But let's start from the beginning. The spa is right on Lake Constance. That's nice. There is direct access from the hotel. That's practical. The disadvantage is the smelly bracelet in which the chip for access is embedded. They can be as antibacterial as they like. The wristbands stink terribly. Bags are not allowed in the spa, and they insist on nude bathing, which doesn't really bother me. Of course, the inspectors are dressed. Cell phones and reserving loungers are strictly prohibited and are checked with the help of the aforementioned "sauna block attendants" (clothed versus naked) and then more or less politely enforced. They also denounce people in a really stuffy way. It's embarrassing. The spa is very full. Lots of Swiss people (nothing against the Swiss) and there are probably few saunas in the area. Now, soap is not offered anywhere in the spa and the bags are locked away. Sorry, but the saunas sometimes smell badly of sweat and feet. I also suspect that a relatively large number of guests use the saunas and pools without showering. Because of the "no bags" rule, many have too few towels with them and there is no soap on hand either. The towel is used for drying off, sweating and as a base for the loungers. There are also too few outdoor showers with warm water. In other words, hardly anyone showers properly and without soap. That really disgusted me. The saunas are sometimes very overcrowded and are showing their age. A new building with loungers still smells very nicely of wood... and, yes, sometimes of sweat. I had a bag with me and left it next to a lounger, but that is not actually allowed and a block warden came straight away. First one to spy and then one to reprimand me. But the topic was my cell phone... Because of the cell phone ban, I had no access to my e-books. There are magazines lying around that I would never touch. I haven't read German for years, and I have also seen magazines on sweaty towels, in sweaty hands... No, that's not right. We had a

Bathrobes and towels are very old. Food in the sauna area is too expensive for the small portion and the quality. Toilet in the exquisite room painted dark red and hardly any light, terrible. Balcony view of construction site. Massage great, unfortunately only 30 minutes instead of 2 hours because the therapists were sick.Breakfast great.Saunas, bathrooms very nice, relaxation rooms not very tastefully decorated except for the new building.

A wonderful spa hotel! Very friendly and attentive staff! Nice reception. Very clean and quiet room. Great beds and soft duvets. Excellent breakfast buffet with a very large selection. A big advantage is that breakfast is served until 11:00 a.m. every day. Elevator from the garage directly to the room corridor. I can only recommend this hotel! I would book again at any time without hesitation!
