There are not enough nice things to say about staying at Borgo Vescine. The staff was fabulous, the food was delicious, the wine was scrumptious, and the grounds are just so pretty. We spent 5 days there in June of '24 and hated leaving. Ample parking for a car - you'll want one to explore all the neighboring towns.

If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, then this is the place. Quiet setting in the hills overlooking olive grove and wine vineyards. Fantastic food and a fantastic staff. Also the Chianti Classico, wow.

Love the property! We stayed here 23 years ago on our honeymoon, and decided to come back to experience the magic all over again. The only issue we had was with the stink bugs that can be an issue in the early fall. Of course there isn’t a whole lot the property can do to eliminate the bugs, but it was less than optimal to not be able to open the windows, and to step on bugs in the middle of the night on the way to and from the bathroom. Borgo Vescine is a beautiful spot and one of a kind. The rooms are a little rustic and spartan, but in the Tuscan countryside it is to be expected. If we come back, it will be in the late summer to avoid the bugs and to enjoy the warmer weather.

Quintessential Tuscan boutique hotel with amazing views! Only 28 rooms in a beautifully renovated resort. The staff were amazing and the service - over the top! Then of course - the wine and food! We did a cooking class that was really fun. Can hardly wait to go back!

Borgo incantevole e ben curato, personale gentile e preparato. Stanza accogliente e pulita. Ottimi i ristoranti e la colazione, menzione particolare per il bistrot, cibo di ottima qualità’ preparato in modo raffinato! Abbiamo soggiornato in occasione dell’eroica ma ci torneremo senz’altro soggiornando più giorni.

Beaucoup de charme pour cet hôtel installé avec goût et dans un ancien petit bourg au cœur du chianti. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très calmes et joliment décorées, disposant pour certaines de terrasse privée. Le personnel charmant est aux petits soins, le buffet du petit déjeuner est riche, gourmand et varié. Le restaurant propose une table fine et excellente ( mention particulière pour la soirée dans l’oliveraie). L’endroit est proche des principaux sites à découvrir en Toscane. Une belle piscine permet de se rafraîchir après les visites. Bref, tout était parfait et nous aurons plaisir à revenir.

Ho soggiornato con degli amici per una notte nel Relais. Il luogo è incantevole, immerso nel verde e nella pace, il luogo perfetto in cui andare a ricaricare le batterie. Abbiamo trascorso due giornate piene nella piscina, aperta unicamente a chi soggiorna e non a esterni, il che la rende poco caotica e riservata. Colazione deliziosa e anche i piatti del Bistrot hanno un'ottima varietà. La mia camera era molto silenziosa e confortevole, dotata di tutti i comfort come indicato sul sito. Non ho note negative, ma solo dei consigli, in quanto ospite. Suggerisco maggiore vicinanza e attenzione al rapporto con gli ospiti (ovviamente parlo per la mia esperienza personale, non so se sia stato un caso isolato). Sarebbe carino inserire un piccolo tour di benvenuto all'ingresso, perché lo spazio è ampio e ha una storia, dunque merita essere raccontata per accogliere meglio il cliente e farlo innamorare del posto. Purtroppo questa parte nel nostro caso è stata saltata totalmente e solo al check out il proprietario ci ha accennato qualcosa sulla storia del posto, che sembrava appunto molto interessante. Spero possa essere utile per continuare a migliorarsi. In ogni caso, per me soggiorno assolutamente positivo!

Location bella e curata nei dettagli. Molto belli in particolare i due ristoranti, la terrazza ed il bistrot ed anche buoni. La posizione a mio avviso non è eccezionale perché molto isolata e non gode del classico paesaggio toscano. Stanza delux carina ma troppo buia, dotata solo di una piccola finestra. Bagno cieco ma ottima la doccia. Gestione e servizio pessimo: 1. Pessimo check in (ragazzo sbrigativo e non ha dato alcuna info) 2. I bagagli sono arrivati in stanza dopo lunga attesa e reclamo 3. In piscina il bar è rimasto per gran parte del tempo senza barista 4. Il bar della piscina non era sprovvisto di acqua naturale per tutta la mattinata 5. Abbiamo chiesto acqua per il cagnolino, ci è stato detto ‘arriviamo subito’ e nessuno si è più fatto vivo 6. Lo staff del ristorante che discuteva a gran voce e le loro urla arrivavano fino alla piscina 7. Allarme che suona ininterrottamente disturbando il relax in piscina 8. Il ristorante unico per il pranzo che doveva aprire alle 12.30 ha aperto alle 13.15 Non c’è assolutamente ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo (pagati 305 euro a notte esclusi gli extra)
