This hotel is truly great! The service is excellent, and the rooms are clean. Highly recommended! 👏

Poor service, cramped rooms, uneven flooring, and basic toiletries – this is supposed to be a full-service restaurant? It's just a small franchise run by a small business owner; it's not worth the price.

Facilities: Okay, so-so (soundproofing is terrible, it's incredibly noisy every night). Cleanliness: So-so (I stayed 8 days! They only changed the sheets and blankets once, and I had to tell the customer service lady myself. She was so impatient! It's ridiculous! Who changes the sheets and blankets only once every 8 days? At least once every two days, if not once a day! This is the first time I've ever seen this.) Environment: So-so. Service: The service was even worse (especially at the front desk! Like I owed her money! She was so arrogant! During check-in, she acted like I'd done something wrong! She even stared at me when she saw me. I really admire how they can keep this kind of front desk staff... I rarely write reviews, but this was a truly terrible experience! Terrible!!!)

I stayed one night, and when I got up to take a shower in the morning, I found there was no shower gel. I thought the staff had forgotten and would provide it the next day, but when I stayed in the same room again the second night, there was still no shower gel.

The receptionist had a terrible attitude.

The bottled water had all been drunk by the previous guest and hadn't been replaced. I reported this to the front desk, but there was absolutely no follow-up. It's definitely not worth the nearly 300 yuan price tag...

It's cold, too noisy, and the overall environment is poor.
