High quality hotel with grand look to interior. Nice facilities; the indoor pool was decent size and warm. Cute little outside pool is joined to it for nice weather. Good size gym. Bar area is smart and comfortable. Enjoyable bar menu. Mega pizza. Restaurant nearby. Breakfast room smart and well laid out. Excellent selection of continental options alongside cooked food made to order at the kitchen. Lots to fill you up on a day out. Room was nice and big. Do miss a carpet in a room like this but it is well styled and has all you need. Bed massive with good solid mattress. Took me a while to workout the black out blind control as there are no traditional curtains. Clean big bathroom with two basins and good size walk in shower. Easy to use safe and quality coffee making facilities. Good location for a few restaurants and spotted a bar too. Supermarket up the road. Some rooms have nice views of the surrounding hills. Finally pleasant staff who are always there to help. Bar staff were great.

A great new hotel in Quito’s financial district, with plenty of great eateries around. The breakfast had something for everyone from cereal to toast, waffles to fruit. Staff were really attentive and always pleasant, polite and helpful. We chose this hotel as it had private underground parking, which was ideal and safe. My only criticism would be having to get the attention of someone to open the barriers to enter and leave. Thanks for a lovely stay, would highly recommend as an affordable stay in the city.

We stayed here recently with our birding tour group but came 2 days early to see more of Quito. Our first room was a nice, but fairly standard, hotel room with a great view over the valley. Our second stay, one week later as we passed through Quito on our way east, was (fortunately for us) in a suite with a kitchen and washer/dryer. That was wonderful since it gave as an opportunity to do laundry before continuing our travels. The hotel is located about 3.5 miles from the Colonial area of Quito (Old Quito). A bit distant if you plan to go by foot but easy enough by taxi. The included breakfast is good, although lacking in variety. About your only choice is in how you'd like your eggs prepared. We ate dinner in the cafe twice with our group, once it was just OK, the second time was very good. Service can be a bit disorganized but friendly enough.

Said that the hotel personally feels more like a homestay. A retro style decoration time should be longer and there is no renovation. The door lock of the room is the key. The breakfast is relatively simple. There is no variety of 24 hours of hot water. It is good. The shower head is longer. The service staff has a good attitude. We are leaving for other parts of the country today but really enjoyed my 4 nights here. Mainly local business people - I didn't see any tourists at hotel. But very comfortable - rooms are small but good wifi, lots of outlets, and plenty of hot water. Located about 1/2 hour taxi ride from Ciudad Historico and walking distance to Mariscal. Good breakfast provided each morning. Adrian at front desk was kind enough to get a driver for us for a couple of days to leave the city. They do have a small gym as well. I hope the next places we stay in Banos, Cuenca, and Guayaquil are as nice as this.

Came here with a relatively large group at the start and end of our university trip to Ecuador, and this was definitely the best place to stay in Quito! Miguel is so wonderful, helpful, and kind we could not have asked for a better person to help us get acclimated to the area. The rooms were great and really comfortable, with a beautiful courtyard area! Breakfast in the morning was amazing and tasted so good, especially the warm bread we had. Honestly, it was the most comfortable and safe-feeling place we stayed during our whole 2 week trip through Ecuador!
