Really good experience. From the start people super friendly and felt welcomed. Excellent service and location. Although is located in a busy street and area, there is security and really close to malls, restaurants, banks, supermarket and also a nice barber shop next to the premises. Breakfast to die for. We stayed here in early January before starting a bird photography trip. We got here a few days early to enjoy the city. We arrived at 2am, and were greeted by the desk staff and shown to our room by a very courteous gentleman. We missed the included breakfast the first day, as we didn’t get up until 12😜. There are two restaurants and a wonderful coffee shop attached. Wood-fired pizza was delicious, as were the pastries at the coffee shop. The staff was very accommodating and friendly

A great new hotel in Quito’s financial district, with plenty of great eateries around. The breakfast had something for everyone from cereal to toast, waffles to fruit. Staff were really attentive and always pleasant, polite and helpful. We chose this hotel as it had private underground parking, which was ideal and safe. My only criticism would be having to get the attention of someone to open the barriers to enter and leave. Thanks for a lovely stay, would highly recommend as an affordable stay in the city.

I ordered without breakfast, but there is a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. You can buy some milk, yogurt, cereal, bread, avocado (the avocados here are very cheap) and you can have breakfast. Our room has a big bed and a small bed. A family of three lives in a spacious room with walkincloset, which is very big. The location is very good, next to the big Quicentro mall, it takes no two minutes to walk. The owner of the hotel is very nice and provided us with a lot of help, and recommended to stay.
