Nice and quiet hotel. Convenient for a one night stay, as long as you have a car to drive to the city. Easy parking (outside or underground). Clean rooms and friendly staff.

This hotel is very clean, the staff very friendly. Parking with enough space for everyone. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The only downside is the light in the rooms despite the closed curtain. Top quality/price ratio I recommend ++

I liked the restaurant very much. The service at dinner was excellent and the cook was pleasant and very professional.
The cleaning service was very good too. And the lady who was in my apar**ent was very nice.
The only point that would improve would be the breakfast. When I went down, the tables were not cleared and in the end I ended up sitting at tables for 4 people. And there didn't seem to be many people staying. I think the service could be better, as well as the variety of the breakfast buffet.

After two reservations and 4 nights spent in November, I highly recommend this new establishment. The premises are new (about a year old). Guarded car parks: free exterior or interior paying 12€, very practical with direct access to the rooms. Very professional welcome, with kindness and a smile. Pleasant a**osphere, relaxing natural colors. Room at the height of a 3 star, very clean, good bedding, heating a little noisy. Quite decent breakfast, greeted with a smile and enthusiasm! Very good independent restaurant "les 2 zebres": good products, original choices, nice wine list. Great welcome from the boss Jean-Jacques! My new Toulouse foothold.

Unpleasant experience. Particularly the person at reception. Perhaps a career path other than the hotel industry would be more suitable. It's not possible to adjust the heating = summer mode still on = we're dying. Fairly hard mattress. No additional duvet available. Rather ideal location. Parking available and monitored Downside on breakfast. At this price range we expect better. New, quite pleasing to the eye if you don't pay attention to the detail. However, overall the setting is pleasant if the staff (only 1 person concerned) takes the trouble to respect its customers. It is normally a place where no matter your orientations (without mentioning them all) you expect neutrality. This was not the case here. Regrettable.

This continued the next day and again at the start and this by one and the same person from the team. When leaving, my friend took the liberty of asking him why this attitude towards him. In the hotel industry and especially towards its customers, this is simply unacceptable! Apart from the deplorable attitude of this person, the hotel is brand new, clean and stylish, but the comfort does not follow. Air conditioning on full blast when we arrived, and duvet too light for the season (no additional duvet available in the room). Uncomfortable mattress (very hard). Disappointing breakfast buffet. For this price usually the buffet is much better.

Parking 🅿️, modern setting and appreciable friendly and responsive welcome (after a 3-hour drive), set-up as shown in the photos and seen on the web, cleanliness of the room satisfactory *** Downside: disappointed, I miss my tea/infusions 🫖 kettle in the room my only regret! 2 consecutive nights paid and no automatic delivery of the bottle of water and the little nougat when returning from work to my room... too bad I go down to relax at the restaurant part a very comforting and appreciable welcome by Jean-Jacques good choice of wines ;) thank you and Gaëlle very friendly and responsive Thank you 🙏🏻
