I book the room for my friend it was good as per my friend may ingay lang na bata from the other room umiiyak sya lalo na sa madaling araw kaya di sya nakatulog

I am a frequent visitor. I can do remote work in this hotel. During this particular stay, I had no problem with the internet.

Booked this hotel near Quezon Avenue station, about 5mins walk. Room is spacious, but dated. Smells good but there are small cockroaches. There are stains on the couch which is a let down. If just a place to rest, then it’s value for money. But a place for relaxation, I have my reservations.

Old dingy “hotel” 🤮 better book on other new hotels with slighter higher rate. Sheets and towels has holes. Bed is hard and uncomfortable. Not properly cleaned. Didnt allow a 1 hour extension even its not a full rate. Elevator is confusing, even you press down, it will prioritize going up.

I had a disappointing experience with the service during our stay. I understand and respect the hotel's 2-person occupancy policy. However, what I found unreasonable was how the situation was handled by the front desk staff. We were only assisting a senior citizen who uses a wheelchair and needed help bringing their belongings to the room. The additional person was not staying overnight and was simply there to help unload and carry the luggage. Instead of showing understanding for the situation, the front desk immediately focused on limiting the number of people entering the room and repeatedly reminded us about possible additional charges. The way it was communicated felt intimidating and unwelcoming, especially since we had already made it clear that we would comply with the 2-person limit and that no extra guest would be staying. What made the experience more frustrating is that visitors are generally allowed, yet there seemed to be no flexibility or consideration for a senior guest who needed assistance. A little empathy and better customer service would have gone a long way. I hope the hotel can improve how its policies are communicated and train staff to handle special situations with more courtesy, understanding, and professionalism.

The location is very strategic to all travellers. A walking distance to MRT and other public transportation.

Nearby places around Quezon City and Cubao. Quiet area but accessible

The location is good. The room is big and clean. The food is so amazing....i will surely recommend this hotel and will book again. It is my 4th 5th 6th times I stayed in La breza🥰🥰

I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and comfortable stay. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and met my expectations. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. 😊🫶

This hotel has a lot of hidden charges. It smells so bad and old. Customer Service is bad as well.

Please more cleanliness to bathroom and carpets so dirty and greasy the wall and curtains
