Near bus stop but not near city area . Around 15-20mins drive to city area. Have good bakery shop nearby and supermarket!

The service is very poor. There are not many people who can speak English at the front desk. When you ask them to solve the problem, they will make a lot of excuses, which makes you feel very bad. It is not at the level of a four-star hotel at all, and it is very inconvenient to travel.

It's just a small family hotel. There are no toiletries. The facilities are old and the hygiene is average. I slept there for one night. The weirdest thing is that the curtains are transparent. Bad review!

The hotel is very good! The service staff is very enthusiastic and gave roses🌹Quiet, spacious, and rich breakfast! We were given three quilts for three people, and the service was thoughtful and good! I especially like the balcony in the room, sitting and drinking some wine, feeling the wind of Florence! In summary, it is highly recommended!

The hotel is very clean, there is a small bar next to the hotel, and there are live singers, very nice place! The boss is very kind and will use mobile phone translation software to help us order food! very good!

In relation to the price paid and the accommodation reserved for us, I would say to remove at least 2 stars!!. my children slept, indeed they had to sleep, on sofas with a mattress of about 8 cm ... and in addition the sofa had the base already .. worn with hostel depressions !!. I would add that having had breakfast at 9.50....there was the availability of about 3 croissants...abandoned, because they were cold and avoided by those who had arrived earlier. Our correct grievances have been implemented with practice.." we will report to the management...". I don't put photos, and I don't review on Trip advisor. We will definitely avoid falling back!!
