A very beautiful hotel which needs a bit of uphill walk for about 15 mins from the town centre. There're no shops restaurants in the neighbourhood but one can eat at its restaurant or room service. The room itself is very spacious, clean, well equipped and our room overlooks the lake which is great. The pickup point for Milford Sound tour we joined is along the street in front of the hotel (Stanley Street). I tried the buffet breakfast which is so so with limited choices. Overall I love this hotel especially the price is great compared with other hotels at the very central location.

Room was okay but needs a good cleaning. My daughter had an asthma attack because of the bed topper

We LOVED our stay at this accomodation. The staff were extremely helpful, welcoming and even upgraded our booking to include a mountain view room and breakfast. Thank you! It is close to town and along the bus line making it very easy to get around. The included breakfast was lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

Lakefront was a beautiful hotel! We spent two night there. They have a spa that you can book to use for 40 mins! And it does have a nice view from that area. The one downside to our stay was I did try extend or stay by one night as the driver wasn’t feeling okay but the hotel said that the room was available, then went out back to check with a manager about something to come back and say they had none available. Once I arrived back to the room I was called and offered the room for another two nights but that’s all they could do??? I ended up looking back online and was able to book the room there for one night at an even lower price than offered. We ended up by booking somewhere else for the night as we didn’t find that respectful towards us. (We are both early 20’s) Other than that we did have a good stay there was a little noise the first night we stayed and a couple of loud people but we understand that MardiGras’s

The hotel is ten minutes from the town center It's actually not far, but you have to climb a hill The scenery is great, not bad, recommended

The location is great. It faces the lake and has a lawn in front. Breakfast is also good. However, the equipment is a bit outdated.

As a listed four-star hotel, the room is small. The room had a balcony but the door handle was broken. A short walk from the town center. There is no microwave in the room, and the front desk staff made it clear that the microwave in the restaurant cannot be used by guests. It doesn't matter whether you packed the food in the hotel restaurant, or you packed it from other restaurants. We returned to the hotel from Milford Sound that day after 8 o'clock in the evening. Everyone was very tired. We wanted to heat up the packed food and eat it, but because microwave ovens were not allowed, a group of people had to eat again. Run to the restaurant in town to eat. Really bad!

The hygiene is really bad, the service is also not good, the only toilet is broken, it is very hot, and there is no air conditioning, and the water used for bathing is so wet that the floor is so wet. I really don’t understand that so many people say it is good. , the hotels in our country are much better, and it is also said to be a hotel. If you are traveling to Queenstown, think carefully before booking this hotel😡

Take the No. 1 bus from Queenstown Airport to the hotel in about 20 minutes. The hotel lobby is very nice, and the front desk staff are very friendly. Because we have to check in at 2 pm, we suggest that we store our luggage first and go to Wakatipu. Walk around the lake. I booked a lake view room, which is very good. In addition to the sofa and dining table, the living room also has a kitchenette, equipped with a Gree microwave oven and a kettle. The room has a balcony and you can see the lake view, which is beautiful. The bed is big and the linen is of good quality. The bathroom is large, tidy and clean with a reasonable layout, and the shower has a large amount of water.

The hotel I stayed at at this price is so ordinary and the same as a guest house😓. The scenery is not as good as a country.
