Cest un petit hotel charmant. Situé à la descente du pont. Le restaurant est excellent. On y va pas pour la vue mais plutôt pour le cadre assez simple. Meilleur rapport qualité prix à Québec.

Petit, mais propre et service à la clientèle très bien. Parfait pour une nuit à l'entrée de Québec.

Les photos représentent bien la chambre, c’est confortable et propre. Toutefois, l’attente à la réception est long, la préposée est absente et prend plus de 5 minutes avant de revenir. De plus, j’ai eu l’impression de la déranger.

À notre arrivée, la réception était mal indiquée. L’hôtel est dans un état correct, sans plus. Un peu vieillot et manque d’insonorisation. Par contre, la chambre était propre. Le lit était très confortable.

La chambre était propre. Le ventilateur de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Il n'y a aucun gicleur incendie dans la chambre. Les rideaux ne fermaient pas complètement. Il y avaint un bon jour entre les deux...avec accès direct au stationnement...allô l'intimité et la noirceur recherchée. Rideau trop court, ce qui donnait beaucoup de clareté avec les spots de lumière de l'autre côté de l'autoroute et le matin...

First of all, the Sepia Hotel was great in terms of cleanliness and quietness. On the other hand, the service at the front desk (reception) was a bad experience on the check-out day because when the time of the check-out came I was trying to call them 3 times exactly to do a late check out like any other hotel cuz I have to finish my zoom meeting but they weren't answering the phone, then 23 mins after calling me back and said sorry for reaching you late but now you have to pay for the late check-out cuz it's too late and I go to the lady and said sorry but it is what is even if we didn't answer but u have to pay cuz it's 12:50 PM.

The hotel is located at the entrance of the city. Easy to find and easy to go in downtown. To have a car is a must. Breakfast to be paid, we got something at local cafeteria

Very nice, clean hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, especially Timothy at the front desk. Would absolutely stay here again when coming to Quebec City.

The servers at the restaurant are all men. The walk to the main entrance was cold and slippery due to the weather. The Galopin restaurant serves top of the line food.
