We had an amazing experience at the apartment. It was during my husband's birthday and the staff was kind enough to bring him a personalized Happy Birthday flyer along with champagne. We were not expecting that, and we are very grateful. Staff is friendly. The apartment was clean. Security was good. It's a great place for families. There was enough room for all of us to sleep and for us kids to move around. Although we were about 20 minutes from all the fun, it was worth it due to apartment's size. They had instructions ready for us to catch the train to Venice city center which was great. They are located within a 10-minute walk from the train station. The hotels next to the water are tiny from what we heard from other visitors. I would stay there again.

Amazing place! Very clean with everything inside like a home! Luisa was the best receptionist helping us with the best tips to avoid the crowd in Venice! Grazie mile! Best location with supermarket and train station!

il residence è dotato di parcheggio privato ed è situato vicino a tutti servizi supermercati, farmacia, banca, posta, ristorante e pizzeria, ma soprattutto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria (3 minuti di auto) comoda per raggiungere ogni destinazione (Venezia 25'- Padova 45') L'appartamento è molto carino e funzionale e dotato di tutto come spiega la descrizione del sito. Una piccola nota dolente la presenza di polvere sui suppellettili, l'appartamento probabilmente è stato pulito qualche giorno prima del nostro arrivo. Il personale è cortese e gentile, un plauso alla reception la signora Luisa molto attenta e disponibile per consigli e logistica per escursioni varie. Nel complesso ottima scelta da riprovare sicuramente.

Grande Ospitalità e professionalità da parte del personale del Residence a 360°. Posizione strategica a 20 minuti da Venezia, circondato da tutti i servizi, Negozi alimentari, abbigliamento, banche, bar, ristoranti ecc.... La stazione che ti porta ovunque vorresti andare è a 10 minuti di cammino. Complimenti veramente, oltre a consigliarlo ripeterei piacevolmente l'esperienza. Grazie di nuovo soprattutto la Signora alla Reception

A parte l aria condizionata inesistente , quindi non siamo riusciti a chiudere occhio, non c' era l attrezzatura necessaria per lavare i piatti e fare da mangiare, balcone all ultimo piano sporco come la casa d'altronde , non ci tornerei neanche gratis

Ho passato un weekend fantastico, il residence è molto carino, soprattutto gli interni delle stanze, sono magnifici, anche il bagno! il residence è molto ben servito a 10 minuti dal treno ea 5 minuti c'è un super ghiacciaio. ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo lo consiglio!!

Réservation de chambre juste pour un gîte étape d'une nuit. Réservation faite sur internet, on nous a transmis toutes les informations nécessaire à notre arrivée et nous avons reçu un très bon accueil. Un jeune homme bien gentil qui parle français, ce qui est très agréable. Nous sommes venus avec un bébé et on nous a installé et préparé un petit lit parapluie sans supplément sur la facture. L'appartement est spacieux et surtout, il était propre. Rapport qualité / prix très intéressant On recommande sincèrement.

.....Allegria. Un appartamentino molto carino dotato di tutto o quasi. Arredato molto bene. Due piccoli suggerimenti. Mancano i bicchieri e pertanto nn ci è stato possibile prendere un caffè o un te. Di solito mi porto il beauty con tutto l occorrente , credevo di trovare almeno il sapone o shampoo monouso invece nulla e la fascetta sul water. Per il resto tutto perfetto. Peccato per i due piccoli problemi di cui sopra altrimenti avrei dato il massimo. Comunque è da tenere in considerazione.
