It was my 2nd stay at this hotel in Quanzhou, the front house staff were amazing, especially a member of staff called Kyle. Thank you for the human connection. The rooms where nice and clean, I was also given the opportunity to enjoy a late checkout as my flight back to Shanghai was early evening. There is a shipping mail next door to the hotel, it’s perfect. The breakfast selection was good, lots of choices however I was not happy about being placed in a segregated corner in the restaurant on the 5th floor away from the local people because of not being local. For an international hotel I was highly disappointed by this kind of xenophobia treatment. I came across 2 managers at breakfast, 1 was a gentleman and very polite and the other named Jack, speaking in local dialect of which I can understand, thought I came in from Guangzhou, what made him think that?? I’ve lived in Shanghai for many years and from England, it was an automatic assumption that was very unprofessional. I had to tell the manager not to be scared of foreigners. Why should I have to say that in an international hotel. Apart from this bad review, maybe if I was another race, it would of been a smooth business stay at the intercontinental.

New renovation has given it a much modern touch and comfort feeling. Front desk reception remains exceptional as in the past. The only one complaint is the lighting brightness in the bathroom above the facial sink - totally inadequate to support a proper shaving - needs to be brighter so that guest could see their own faces. Otherwise, everything is what it takes to be a top rated hotel.

The surrounding environment of the hotel is good, quiet, forest park, far away from the urban area, and it may be at the end of the year, ** will not be delivered. The hotel is relatively old, the hardware maintenance is okay, the software is so-so, especially the room service, I found that the mineral water I had already drunk was placed in the room, a low-level mistake, and it was still during the epidemic! I stayed here for 3 days, because the child needs a banana every day to make porridge, and it was gone on the third day. I asked the hotel to get it, and they said no, there were apples and oranges, and I said no. I complained that I drank the mineral water, they were very nervous, and immediately gave me a few bananas, which made me speechless, how much does a banana cost!

Excellent hotel. It gets everything right. Welcoming, easy check in, comfortable and spacious rooms, clean (which for a large hotel with such high occupancy is the clearest way to see that it is a very well managed hotel!) and a full, delicious breakfast buffet with healthy choices. I’ve stayed there several times and think there must be a new manager because the post Covid version is especially good. A shopping area adjacent to the hotel offers a good place to wander. I’m a Hilton Diamond member but chose to stay at the Wanda Vista when I’m in Quanzhou.

Brand new business luxury hotel with independent parking lot. Quanzhou is not big, and it is very close to Kaiyuan Temple, West Street, Food Street, Qingyuan Mountain. There is a laundry room on the 11th floor of the hotel to wash clothes and dryers. Breakfast porridge and fried dough sticks are the best, the room is large, the bed is very comfortable, and they are all very clean, not inferior to a five-star hotel, the clerk service is very good, especially the young lady at the front desk, who looks beautiful and has a sweet mouth, haha ,will come again next time.

I didn’t feel amazing before I checked in, but I fell in love with it after I checked in. The service staff is very patient and will explain the nearby scenic spots if you ask. The room is also very comfortable, with many thoughtful little items. Earplugs are great for my kind of sleep. Don't be too friendly to people with low quality. There are mouthwash, gym, and even band-aids and masks are provided. Don't be too careful. I would like to express my special thanks to Ronaldinho. His voice was ho**** when he explained it to us. The area is larger and the corner has multiple glass curtain walls, but the taste is the same. I didn't change it. Formaldehyde sensitive physique, return to the room for a while, feel a little swollen face or eyelids, simply open the two windows to the maximum, then pull the curtains, feel a cool breeze blowing down the wall to the pillow, and then set the air conditioner to heat 24 degrees, sleep for one night, fortunately in the morning. The hotel is close to an elevated highway, and the photos look good. The hygienic condition is average. Please note that there is a charge for tea on the table in the room. I didn’t look at it and wanted to make tea on the road. I thought it was free of charge like the Ji Hotel. But it turned out that there was a charge. It’s my fault for not seeing clearly. I thought, Facing an unfinished building with scaffolding under construction, the room should not be exposed to sunlight. The breakfast was very average. It was already empty at 9:00 and there wasn’t much to eat. The service is pretty good. The customer service at the front desk is very good at cleaning. You can’t ask too much for a budget hotel.
