一顆星都不想給，超級不好的體驗，環境真噁心，半夜睡覺還有蟲子爬上在臉上，拖鞋是濕的，地板床上都有頭髮，太噁心了。服務員的態度還差到極點，一副欠了幾百萬的死魚臉色，攜程訂完線下還要收按金，聞所未聞，誰住誰噁心。

房間較整潔，交通方便！
小孩不小心弄了一點血漬在枕頭套上，被扣了20塊錢，個人覺得不太合適。血漬用84十洗衣液浸泡後可以非常乾淨，不會留任何印跡。
在按金里扣了20塊錢，連個電話都沒知會。作為服務行業，個人覺得欠妥。
因酒店未提供枕套圖片，故無法提供物證。
