We arrived at the hotel at night, and the next day when I opened the curtains and faced the sea, I felt refreshed ~ The view was so beautiful! The staff are super nice! All reasonable requests are met! I especially like Miss Chen Meng/the little sister is super cute! We also prepared a bathtub cover and a small surprise~ For catering, breakfast can be delivered to the room. For dinner, there is a Western restaurant, Japanese restaurant and a private restaurant on the island. However, there are business hours restrictions. Takeaways can also be delivered to the room. There is no need to worry about taste. No fault of your own! But I really want to thank the hotel staff. It was a great experience and I had a very happy birthday🥂

I called the front desk before booking the hotel. The operator didn’t know whether it was because I called too late and was impatient or something else. The attitude was actually not particularly friendly, so before going I didn't have high expectations originally. However, when I went there and was greeted by the front desk housekeeper Mengmeng, it was completely changed. When you look at this girl, you feel happy and cute. She also speaks from the perspective of the residents and even responds to every request! Therefore, if you like to watch sunsets, like to look up at the stars while lying on the bed, or those who love real fireplaces, this hotel is highly recommended. Much more than Anayali. However, there are still some deficiencies and areas for improvement in the overall hotel's supporting facilities. 1. There are no suitable trash cans and paper towels at the washing area, which is inconvenient. 2. Although there is a layer of frosted paper on the middle glass of the shower, you can actually see it clearly. If you are not a couple, you really need to pay attention. 3. The bed in the double room is 1.8 meters tall, which may not be enough for tall people. 4. This problem is unlikely to be avoided. It is a common problem with real-fire stoves. No matter what happens, there will be some ash and smoke filling the room. It is recommended that clothes and other things should not be placed over the sofa. . Although there is no way to go to sea or fish in winter, Grape Island really allows you to relax and count the stars. I will go and experience it again in the summer, when the supporting facilities should be more complete and more fun. (o.s But the fireplace shouldn’t be able to be lit, sad!)

酒店環境很好，非常的安靜酒店的服務也沒得説，最推薦的是酒店的木禾旅拍 照片拍的非常好，推薦大家都可以打卡酒店非常適合拍照 很好很好！！（前面2張旅拍拍的） 拍攝的小姐姐非常非常專業！我倆是社恐，從來沒有拍過寫真，但是今天拍的也很開心~小姐姐會指揮動作，誇獎我們，給我們自信，幫我們找機位~出來玩就該拍拍照片，留個紀念！

不到一個月，我們又來啦，旺季來了，我們説去就去能訂到房間的機會幾乎沒有了，這裏真的建設的越開越好了！聽説過陣子遊艇、帆船什麼的海上遊樂項目也會開起來了！ 客房服務一如既往的好！房間遮陽篷出了很小的狀況，前台小姑娘就立刻帶人來看，還送了我們仙女棒和給毛孩子拿來玩具！其實沒多大的事情但能看出他們真心想讓每個住宿客人都感到賓至如歸！ 因為住宿客人多了，酒店與合作餐廳開設了自助式早餐，但是因為我們帶着毛孩子，早餐人不少，我們不想打擾其他客人，就告知酒店我們不去早餐了，然而服務員説不能讓我們餓肚子，他們跑去餐廳幫我們去了很豐盛的早餐送到我們房間！！（本來他們還要拍照片讓我們選，我們實在是不好意思這麼麻煩他們，就説隨便什麼都行）。這個實在是令人感動！總之，我們一定會不定期經常去休閑放鬆一下，真的讓人很愛的酒店！

環境蠻好的 跟朋友定了兩間房 給我們兩間視野很好的房子 衞生也不錯 房間裡帶的壁爐也很有特色 訂單裏送的旅拍拍得也很好！預約上馬上就來給我們拍了！房間很出片！推薦！就是床有點小不適合帶小朋友來住，有點擠。
